That's shit, Punter.

KYLIE MINEAGLE 05-01-2008 01:28 AM

Think Ponting ought to take a contract out on Harbajan.

oz_da II 05-01-2008 01:33 AM

I think he should play a straight bat...

ozeagle 05-01-2008 01:36 AM

Turbanator in a bit of strife...

ozeagle 05-01-2008 01:51 AM

Slats looking at Tony Greig as if to say "you're a f uckwit"...

:D

Yes, I too noticed the body language. He was positively seething with this feet changing position and shoulders moving around - only keeping composure as needed to be careful on live TV.

As for the turbanator & the racism clip just shown of the crowd in Mumbai - i'm positively seething too and am embarrased given my indian roots.

While swearing, sledging, racial vilification etc by the crowd & players is unacceptable, it needs to be kept in perspective - anyone over the age of 10 can tell the difference between what is 'exceptable' and 'nasty unacceptable' comments. Some of what was just shown in 'mumbai' was not acceptable and rather like the Leeds united supporters back in the late 1970's.

ozeagle 05-01-2008 02:24 AM

disgusting stuff.

they should look at the barmy army for positive supporterdom.

that said, someone should still nut that cockhead Jimmy what'shisface....

ozeagle 05-01-2008 02:26 AM

probably been discussed elsewhere, but how did the ACB come to endorse KFC, one of the most putrid forms known to man of something resembling food.

er, kids, play sport, then fill yourself with pus ridden, fat oozing, battery fed chook.

??????

With a billion people in the country you're bound to get a few dickheads. They may be the most visible in this case but they're hardly representative. Funnily enough I've found the same thing to apply in the UK and here, despite others using strawman arguments to try and claim otherwise.

Would have agreed before the clip - thought his taking on the crowd and pleading for the nonsense to stop was commendable .. didn't look like he was doing it for the camera either.

I'll happily tolerate him now.:lux:

Anyway back to the cricket... Aussies will need to score at at least 4 an over till the last couple of overs of the day or its a certain draw.

ozeagle 05-01-2008 02:47 AM

huh? i'm talking about the head of the barmy army...not the guy on foxtel...
