Well, I would have taken that at HT, but then again I would also have liked the substitutions earlier.

I love Roy for what he did for us last year, but being in a relegation battle with the talent we have on this roster is not acceptable. Two points ahead of Cardiff, FFS.

The players and system we play is not working, and we continue it every game. At least try something different. Anything. We have our best bench in forever, and we play the same players every week, with the same underwhelming results.

We flushed away 2 certain points today, just as we've done over and over.

There has to be some accountability among the players and manager. Instead, it's almost as if we're content to be 3 points above the drop with 12 to go. It's really frustrating.

I don't think we can criticise Roy to much for the changes today. We were well on top in that second half,. Michy got a decent amount of game time and Max also had time to influence thingsm

Not sure you can blame RH for some poor finishing not only today but in several games i would not swap him. Today i would have taken McArthur of because he was on a tightrope but in the end we had enough chances and played very well.

Pawson was ******* shit.

How on earth did he not give a foul for the pull on Zaha as he was running towards the box, second half?

How on earth did the West Ham player who flew in studs up in the corner, near the tunnel, near the end, not give away a foul?

So many disgraceful decisions from Pawson today and so much inconsistency.

No doubt Beatleboy will praise him. These officials always defend each other no matter what.

0/10 performance. Disgrace.

Batashuyai has to start now.

Arguably Meyer as well.

This

Some idiot today was wishing an injury on Benteke so that MB could come on early

I despair - what's happened to this place?

Arguably Meyer? Its only Roys stubbornness that keeps him out. I've said earlier it's grounding day at home. We come alive in last quarter of games. This was only second time we've got something after being behind at home. Both times by referring to 4231 or 4141. Meyer is a clever little player. Talking of which when he got flattered just outside area I could have sworn the WH player wasn't booked.

Entertaining but frustrating game in that we showed we are just as good if not better than WHU when we decide to attack them and play with intensity, forcing them to drop deep but the first half was so laboured and lacking any spark even with those two chances we had. We let West Ham run the show and made Noble look like bloody Scholes, as well as giving Anderson all the space in the world. Seen it far too often vs our midtable rivals. We're as good as any of them, get into them from minute one in the future please

2nd half was excellent and very entertaining, our passing was incisive and effective. We deserved a win given just how much we created but yet again our finishing could make the baby Jesus cry. If we play like that rest of the season top half isn't impossible but I worry if we are too conservative and laid back starting games, especially at home.

Macca's miss gets worse with every viewing. Awful performance, one too many for him despite the Palace Dads blind love of him.

That was a thoroughly entertaining second half yesterday and probably our best 45mins this season. Particularly pleased that despite Mcarthur’s not so bright moment we kept going and plugging away, and guess what playing like that got the crowd going.

Batshuyai should start next game, his movement was how shall I say “refreshing” to see. Schlupp was excellent.

Zaha was back to his best, they were so worried that they had sub Fredericks off.
