Found out from a Leeds supporter back in December, after our match at Elland Road - Leeds were trying to sign Craig Mackrel Smith from Br*ght*n last Summer - but couldn't because their takeover was dragging on - so Warnock had to hold back McCormack.

In the end, the whole deal/non deal has a strange sort of karma about it - bearing in mind CMS's uselessness for the Seaweed and Murray's great season for us.

Worst of all had we signed McCormack we wouldn't have got Bolasie for a fraction of the price. All worked out for the best
