Do Baltimore play in Black instead of Purple now? :confused:

No each team is allowed to wear alternative uniforms for two regular season games. Most teams wear throwback uniforms, the Ravens due to a lack of history I guess choose to wear all black twice a year.

Usually against the Steelers to look a bit more threatening

Dennard missing today and Talib and Gregory not healthy. Like every December, Bill tried something new. He's now seen that the Patriots cannot play zone coverage. Just like the Bucs can't.

Once the Secondary is healthy, they can go back to run blitzing and playing man coverage.

We (Niners) really need some help from the Saints tonight.

It's one of those games where really you don't want either team to win...
however, you are right. Saints please, with the added request of a lot of injured Seahawks.

Hope to watch the Seahawks clinch there play off spot tonight, think it will be a struggle though.

In this situation where there is obvious confusion as to the status of the down, play should have been stopped prior to third down and the correct down communicated to both clubs. This should have occurred regardless of the fact that Washington had no timeouts and it was inside two minutes.

Only the referee can rule and signal a first down. The official nearest to the down markers and chain crew, the head linesman, must wait for the first down signal from the referee before moving the chains.

Instant Replay did not become involved in this situation because the replay official determined that the ball on Garcon's catch was correctly spotted short of the line to gain for a first down.
