To be honest I'm quite pleased that the red button won't be available as, like with football, I rarely watch the whole of the same match these days. The only down side is that if your team were on the red button .... but hey, I'll watch what they choose for me is just fine ....

pauldrulez 04-09-2009 08:49 PM

But the loss of Monday Night Football?

Rubbish.

jazman 04-09-2009 09:10 PM

I watch too much sport as it is so I guess Mrs JM will be pleased ...

pauldrulez 04-09-2009 09:16 PM

:D

There was nothing better than Sundays from 6pm onwards with all the games.

6pm until 4am

All my days planned out the same.
6pm-9pm first game.
9pm-12.30am second game.
10pm Order food delivery :)
1.30am - watch the night game

Great night.

Will have to break into my savings and get GamepassHD I guess.

Swanny32 04-09-2009 09:26 PM

You still didn't say how much gamepass HD is Paul?

That statement says an awful lot about you Paul, including the fact that you can't be married and you can't have kids .... ;)

Swanny32 04-09-2009 09:39 PM

I have been looking for gamepass hd on the nfl website but everytime I click on the subscribe button it tells me it's not available in the US and won't let me go any further, any ideas people?

pauldrulez 04-09-2009 09:46 PM

Go the Google way. Type in Gamepass and do it that way.

It also gives you a demo to see how it would work for you.

Mine started off fuzzy and ended up better than my tv.

:)

I wouldn't be able to do it this year anyway, luckily I have a job pretty much full time. Which means I can afford GamePass.

No responsibilities in my life :)

Swanny32 04-09-2009 10:01 PM

No matter what way I go into the Gamepass HD website whether it through the NFL website, a forum or on google it says..

"You are accessing this page from a restricted territory. NFL Game Pass HD is not available in the United States, Mexico, Canada, Bermuda, Antigua, the Bahamas, and any U.S. territories, possessions and commonwealths (including American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands)"

How the hell can I be in a restricted territory if im in the UK??

Sounds stupid, but weird waiting for the cuts to come through. So I can celebrate players keeping their jobs. But then, there will be 500+ players without jobs. Not good in this day and age. And Practice Squad only gets you so far.

Why am I feeling philosophical tonight? Weird, normally I feel like a drunk on a Fri Night.

So taking into account that Sky Sports aren't showing the 1:30 game or the Monday games does that mean those games will now be on ESPN?

Swanny32 05-09-2009 02:31 AM

ESPN definitely has Monday Night Football not sure about 1.30 games though but that doesn't bother me too much as I very rarely watch them anyway.

I would of thought so, there is due to be another announcment next week which is when i suspect they will tell us which channel MNF is on.

nookiebear 05-09-2009 11:10 AM

I thought Five had Monday night football?

Swanny32 05-09-2009 11:55 AM

Oh, I heard ESPN had it.
