Maybe rose tinted glasses and all but I really do think 12 and 5 for us this season ... we could even be 5 and 0 before bye in week 6 even with three road trips ...
Could be pure pie in the sky but I am quietly confident this season with the roster we have, a few unknowns which is a first for us but I'm more comfortable with the team ethic approach ... question is will it gel. Kiss the star ... :moo: |
I typed this out twice already and managed to delete it.
But i'll lead with this. 12-5? You sure? |

Redskins 9-7
Eagles 9-7 Dolphins 9-7. (But could win 5. Could win 11) Cowboys 7-9 Other teams on the BBS: Ravens 8-8 Seahawks 6-10 Jets 0-16. When Ryan eats one key player a week. Chargers 13-3 Giants 11-5 Panthers 8-8 Other random projections Green Bay 13-3 Vikings 11-5 Bears 10-6 Saints 12-4 Falcons 10-6 Steelers 14-2 Patriots 12-4 So, one NFCE team and either 2 NFCS or 2/3 NFCN teams. |

12+5=17.
Either 12-4 or 11-5 :) Otherwise I would say that the Pats are going 15-4. |
Oh shite. I looked at me fixture list as 17 which includes the bye!!
Make it 11-5 then :D |
At least you had them winning the Bye :D
|
Evening all.
I would have us winning the bye too :p 7-9 Big Paul? Wind your neck in, you know we are the mighty Dallas Cowboys. A minimum 9-7 but more realistically an 11-5. Btw - I'm obviously looking forward to the Wembley game. Have you received your tickets yet as I haven't! |
7-9. The other 3 teams have all improved. You can't argue that the Cowboys have improved.
|
Not to the extent that we'll come bottom. Then again I recall you were always predicting things incorrectly (wink.)
So have you received your ticket for 25/10? |
Nope. Don't expect them until late Sep/Early Oct.
3rd to bottom in a league that close where you haven't improved. Not a big drop. 3 hours until the league starts. I can't wait. |
Thanks for that.
3 losses by a TD or less. Being pipped to second by a tie. Romo one extra season wiser..... Might catch KO but got work tomorrow so a 4 o'clocker is out of the question. As for Derek Jeter getting his 2722 hit tomorrow night, I'll stay awake for extra innings to see that. 15 innings if need be :p |
I'm so sad that I had Annual Leave booked for Tuesday after the Monday Nighter.
I then got booked on a poxy course for all day Monday and then Tuesday Morning. So I moved it to tomorrow and will settle in front of the TV to watch the game and see how much I see before I sleep. |

When he wins in the winter. Then he becomes a decent starting QB. 7-4 start then 7-9. Average QB, only 1, maybe 2 weapons. But, a quality Running game. Decent O-Line. D-ware. And an average secondary. |

If we're doing it like this then I say Dolphins 8-8. As much as I can't stand grumpy old fatso Parcells, he knows his onions. Gibril Wilson is a good signing, Taylor will do well back in his house, Pat White is the wildcat QB the Eagles are praying Vick might be. The right coaches can take a reasonable side a long way. Patriots 13-3. A lot of new faces, a lot of veterans gone, defenses will be out to spook Brady, but he will still have an awesome season Eagles 10-6. They've drafted well, signed good free agents. Think the Vick thing could be a help and a hindrance Cowgirls 8-8. Losing the likes of Canty and Owens in such a tough division when others have improved their teams has gotta hurt. Williams is no TO and the other BEast teams have quality secondaries 49ers 7-9 I like Singletary. And Hill. They're on the up in a weak division |
Niners 8-8 - Singletary has passion. Knows his defense. And has Patrick Willis. Frank Gore will have to carry the load but will have Coffee as a time-sharer.
Denver 8-8 Loss of Cutler vs. Moreno, new offense, even better OL and a defense that has Bailey, Dawkins and a strengthened D-Line. They could be surprisingly good this year. KC 4-12 Oakland 5-11 It's Al Davis's team. When they try and draft Usain Bolt next year, I hope he doesn't die when he's told he can't. Cable Guy just living the dream. Oakland fan. If he fails, not his fault. |

And with both Lenwhale and Chris Johnson still tweeting now, maybe these guys should be concentrating on the game. |
Well, neck on the line time. I think it's going to be a Seattle-New England Super Bowl. Can't shake the feeling the Seahawks will rebound big time this year.
