Third turnover for the Falcons. :(

jazman 13-09-2009 08:05 PM

That's it for the Phins I would expect ...

Strathclyde Eagle 13-09-2009 08:07 PM

Would think so. :(

Tough day for the offence so far.

jazman 13-09-2009 08:08 PM

Ravens back ahead ....

Vikings taken charge as well by doing the simple things ...

Strathclyde Eagle 13-09-2009 08:09 PM

Vikes up by 11 in Cleveland. Let's see how comedy Brad decides to make this interesting (still can't believe he opened the season with an onside kick attempt).

If they were smart they'd get the ball into the hands of Peterson and Harvin as much as possible. Somewhere down the line though #4 is going to take over too much and sail the ship right into some rocks I'd imagine.

I took the Jets to win that in the Predictions. Don't see the fuss over Houston at all.

Second fumble by Fasano. :(

This drive chart is a thing of nightmares:

It was one penalty: the Vikes defender pushed Edwards out of bounds on the six yard line while they were challenging for a Quinn pass. Edwards came back in and caught the pass (pretty spectacularly) for a TD. Childress challenged. Ref said that Edwards had only got one foot back into play before he caught the pass, so the TD was annulled, but the pass interference call stood.

Make sense now? :D

Was a good return.

Trying to be more committed to NFL this year. Have always loved it; but struggle to keep up with sheer amount of action; which is odd for me.

Take Football, for example, I'm pretty clued up on most English leagues, and most Eurpoean leagues too. But NFL, and most US Sports, I seem to fall out of the loop & not watch for prolonged periods much too easily.

pauldrulez 13-09-2009 08:31 PM

Brady Quinn making an excellent play that turned into an epic fail.

Brilliant to watch.

pauldrulez 13-09-2009 08:33 PM

Not using NFL.com but using the Yahoo thing that Ben recommended.

Did Elam kick a 60 yard FG or was it wrong?

Strathclyde Eagle 13-09-2009 08:34 PM

50 yarder I think.

pauldrulez 13-09-2009 08:34 PM

Oh, and if Blue Boy is here.

I'm playing you in the FF. Steve Breaston is inactive, so i'd change him sharpish. Just as a heads up in the interest of fairness.

Spotted that too. Think it was 50. Unless there's a gail blowing inside the dome 60 seems a little out of Elam's range. :D
