If you are going to do trades you need to have a complete list (1-140) of everyone's picks and notes of who has traded with who, etc, etc.

Also, your 1st round pick is good but your 4th round less so - people might think they are getting 2nd pick in the 4th round too.

I used that stupid program called The Hat. That is what the results gave me. If you want to take it over and do everything then do it then.

You need to let us know which scoring system we're using too, Paul - it makes a big difference whether you pick QBs, RBs or WRs first... (some scoring systems don't give points for TDs to WRs, for example...)

Does anyone know what the best FREE:D league is for us to set up. Otherwise I can set up a personalised spreadsheet but will need to have help with rules etc. If anyone takes Brady then I'm having Adrian Peterson or Tomlinson. Or I will trade down.

Help with points systems would be good.

I think we should include Kick Return Yards as well. I am not sure how to do points for DST so any help would be well appreciated.

Chester - this rule might appeal to you:
Waiver Priority
Determines which team can pick up a player from the waiver wire if multiple teams have claimed that player. The priority list starts the season in reverse order of the draft picks so the team that drafted last will have 1st priority.

Once a team has claimed a player from the waiver wire, that team drops to the bottom of the list and all other teams previously below it move up one spot.

A high waiver priority should be safeguarded to use on quality players if possible.
