If the Seahawks could run the ball they would be in decent shape, New England next week so nothing to lose really as i don't expect to get anything out of that game.

Man, it's amazing how similar this Sherman discussion is to a controversial penalty, "But he got the ball first, so it shouldn't be unnecessary roughness." My opinion from watching that highlight is that he went right after the kicker's plant leg. I can't believe Incognito, of all people, let that slide.

BLUE BOY 08-11-2016 05:25 PM

I don't think he went to hit the kicker, just looked like he got to the ball first. Some of the refs have been terrible this season and i say that as in for and against the Seahawks.

Sherman always plays to hit the man, because he's a dirty wanker. He'd fit in well at the Bengals.

:D Sorry, he's not dirty, physical yes, loud and brash, yes but he's not dirty.

I'm just gonna assume that you're a Seahawks fan because it seems obvious to me that he buries his shoulder right into Carpenter's plant leg.

He doesn't even go for the ball!

Well, actually he does go for the ball and gets a hand on it. But that's like a two-footed slide tackle, where a guy gets one foot on the ball and the other on the guy's tibia.

:D Ah you guys!

He clearly gets to the ball first, seems to turn his back a bit, did he mean to take the kicker out? Who knows, all i do know is that an offside call shouldn't go over a roughing the kicker call which is what seemed to happen last night...............oh and CT_Palace, how the 49ers doing these days? Asking for a friend! ;)

Sorry about size of pic, don't know how to change!

But can see clearly he gets to the ball before its kicked, just a shame he was miles offside!

dannyboy1807 08-11-2016 08:58 PM

Great win for Seahawks especially with all of our injuries.

I guess you didn't see my post above. That was as unnatural an attempt to block a kick as has ever been.

Well I'm not sure what the future holds for the Chargers after badly losing the vote. We needed 2/3rds to vote yes and less than half did.
I guess going back to Kroenke Re LA must be on the cards but not sure how financially viable being the 2nd team in LA will be - not very much I doubt.
I can hope they become the London franchise but I really fear for their future right now

Funk Butter 09-11-2016 09:29 PM

Get ready for the San Antonio Chargers.

Beckenham Boy 09-11-2016 11:02 PM

Really?

They have until January to decide if they want to bunk with the Rams in LA. But I think even then, the Rams would be the lead tenant. The $500M relocation fee would probably mean that only LA would be a viable option. So, I think they either go to LA or stay at Qualcomm for the foreseeable future.

saxoneagle 10-11-2016 09:19 AM

Nevada Chargers.
