I'm pretty sure the Raiders got that on lockdown.

Can we knock off Thursday night games yet?

oz_da II 11-11-2016 04:27 AM

Would this happen for any other team but Cleveland?

Josh McCown threw an INT on his 2nd pass attempt vs the Ravens

Cody Kessler, who was benched, has not thrown an INT in 119-straight passes
What a pack of :clown:'s

Imbeciles.

They've got a bit of promise, especially on offense, and until this game, I think Hue had a chance as a decent HC.

Pryor and Coleman are the makings of a very good WR duo, they've got 2 good RBs and an average TE.

The defense is horrible, and the best thing they could do is use the majority of the draft and FA on that.

Think I read that the Browns are 3-27 from last 30.....

I really don't get what the NFL are doing.

Yes, I understand you need to evenly spread who you show, and you don't know if a game will be a bust, but you need to use your loaf a bit.

Cleveland, on the road, are never going to be competitive. At least at home they stay in games.

Baltimore are just boring.

So yeh, let's match the two up, with the Browns on the road, and shove it in prime time.

If you had to rank this weeks matches in terms of watchability, this would be the last one. Every other matchup at least has something going for it, even the Jags game.

0-10 this year
3-13 last year
0-5 ended 2014 regular season with a 5 loss streak

3-28 from last 31.

And to think, 2014 they actually finished 7-9 after starting 7-4!

saxoneagle 11-11-2016 09:23 AM

The Buccs still hold the record for longest losing streak - 26 in a row.

An 0-14 season followed by an 0-12 start to the next, before finishing 2-12.

The Lions, the only team to lose all of a 16-game season had a streak of 19 - lost the last game the season prior, 16 losses, then the opening 2 in 2009.

The Browns ended last year on a slide of 3, so they're only at 13 games without a win. Amateurs. :D

(Yes, I'm that bored at work...)

AddiscombeEagle 11-11-2016 09:23 AM

I watched the game and I didn't think Kessler was that bad first half. Didn't understand that decision at all.

saxoneagle 11-11-2016 09:38 AM

Speaking of boring, in 1927 there were 4 games that finished 0-0 :D

saxoneagle 11-11-2016 11:44 AM

Just done an NFL predictor and got some interesting result!

The AFC West I have Broncos at 12-4 and all others at 10-6 - Raiders miss play-offs on tie-breakers.
NFC North I have Packers, Lions and Vikings at 9-7. Packers win division and the other two miss play-offs on tie-breakers.

And I get to a Cowboys / Patriots Superbowl!

Beckenham Boy 11-11-2016 11:51 AM

If it is a Cowboys Patriots Superbowl it will be the biggest turnoff in years....

upperteir 11-11-2016 12:12 PM

No way raiders don't make the playoffs. We will beat the donks again. They have no idea how to defend mack he just runs riot.

It's easier to not throw an interception when you're throwing it 5 yards downfield. Kessler's completion percentage on throws over 20 yards is 21%. On throws over 10 yards, 50%. He's in the bottom third of yards per attempt, down there with Alex Smith. (And strangely, Aaron Rodgers) If the argument is, "Why don't you ride and die with a rookie QB when you'll be a shitty team anyway", I can get behind that. But to simply break it down to one passing stat is oversimplifying.

Maybe QB isn't the problem.

saxoneagle 11-11-2016 04:35 PM

Wait. What.

Was #66 doing that Mannequin thing that Hillary did that she thought would make her look cool and win her an election?

I've seen trucks with smaller turning circles.

CommercialStone 11-11-2016 04:43 PM

and he is a rookie OL. Think he let him through on purpose?

Funk Butter 13-11-2016 10:14 PM

I will accept a Falcons defeat on the road at Philly if it means that the Saints lose at home to a blocked XP returned for 2 points.

Bones14 14-11-2016 01:04 AM

Taking the afternoon off to watch the Pats hopefully stuff the Seahawks.
