:D

I had the chance to watch it at the Playboy Mansion. I chose not to - believe it or not - because of the people that were there. No-one seemed to care about the game. So I went to a friend's and watched it there instead.

Some hot ladies though, in skin painted team colours :D

I was going to say, you lot should stick with football :hmph:

How can you give the MVP to the defence :clown: my namesake kept his team in with a chance, something Brady did not do :lux:

Seriously!

How the hell do you think your man was on the pitch?

:D The party was as far removed from the actual mansion as possible. It was run by an events group who had nothing to do with Heffner or the mansion itself - the party was within the grounds, but not inside the mansion - and there weren't any real celebs there. Naked ladies were fine, but in all honesty, none of them are a patch on my fiance.

You dont seem to understand. He was there because of the defense which was immense. They won the game for the giants not Eli

jlmatthews 04-02-2008 04:10 AM

You could also say without Eli's 2 TD passes, the great play he made where he escaped three would be tacklers, etc etc etc the Giants would have lost. He certainly didn't hurt his team. The one INT was his receivers fault. He managed the game well.

Chester 04-02-2008 04:16 AM

Im not saying he hurt the team in the slightest. Im actually quite bored of banging my head against a brick wall.

ELI PLAYED WELL TODAY, ELI HAS PLAYED GREAT IN THE PLAYOFFS but HE IS A VASTLY OVERRATED QB AND HIS DEFENSE WON HIM THE MVP

You don't seem to understand how American sports work.

The defence is anonymous. The offence always gets the credit, and in football, the quarterback is always responsible for all results, good or bad.

BTW, I thought Jordan Sparks did a great job with the National Anthem.

I didn't know her Dad was an ex-NFL player.

And the tradition continues!

Do you have any stocks to recommend buying James…. I will definitely sell them if I had any!

Oh dear...Eli, overrated?

I could tell you, as someone who lives in New York, that Eli is the most HATED player on that team. After every loss, there are calls to have him removed, and even after wins, many fans make it clear that they wish they had a higher-profile quarterback at the helm.

It's the 11 game road winning streak, and today's win, that make fans (temporarily) forget how much they despise him, and make outsiders think Eli is more highly rated than he really is by NY fans.

She was lipsyncing which is why a lot of people won money on the length of the anthem

Lawrence Taylor wasn't very anonymous from memory...

My understanding is it's a bit of both. They actually sing on top of themselves.... something to do with malfunctions, and the avoiding of.

If you Google it.... a lot of people agree with you. Again I understand it is very hard to do (sing) because of the time delay with he stadium speakers. This may also contribute to the out of sync with her lips on a few occasions (which I didn't see to be honest).
