How would you do the draft?

Pick names out of a hat for draft order and then reverse the order each round? (So if you have 10 people and get pick one in round 1, you get pick 10 in round 2...)

Or have it is an auction with everyone having a set budget?

Yeah, its the reverse order one. And I would imagine it would be names picked out of a hat and done on here I think. I will find a website that gives the points for each person per season and will sort it out from then on.

Shall we say that you can trade your picks as well but you have to end up with 14 players.

For a first season, I'd go with no trades as how do you trade a round 2 pick for a round, say, 3 and 4 pick without someone ending up with one too many players!

For a second season keeper league, trading can be bought in!

The best thing to do is join a website where someone scores for us - think ESPN does free league set-ups and scoring.

Search on Google for a program called The Hat. That carries out draws at random. Steve in Phoenix used it for the last Fantasy Baseball draft and it worked very well.

Saxon, You could trade a 2nd rounder and a 14th for a 4th and 6th for example. As long as you end up with 14 players I dont care :D

And I have downloaded the Hat ready and waiting for it.

No, we need to wait until the rosters are nearer final... there is still some trading to be done! Late July should be the earliest, I'd say.

Make it 1st August then. But we can do the draw for the picks closer than that. So we can choose our draftboards :D
