I dont mind what we do with the Hat thing, if there was anyway to do it online so everyone could see the draw at once or something like that.

I'm lost here already. Tried to go to the page and find the league. Clicked on the yellow 'private' banner and then it asks me to sign in. I do not have an MSN email account, so does that mean I have to have one to do this?

No, just use whatever email address you want.

You sign in to that screen, it will then ask you for the details of the league and a team name and such like.
