Paul, make a list of dates and find one everyone can do. I can't do Fridays and I can't do July 23, 30 or 31 or August 1.

How about a Sunday afternoon/evening given that is when the matches will be played come winter? July 6, 13, 20 or 27?

Since Elliot has his graduation we shall make it the 13th July beginning at 4pm UK Time. 5 minutes per pick in the 1st 3 rounds. 3 minutes for the rest.
150mins for 1st 3 rounds
360mins for next 12.
Thats 9hours 30mins.

That OK for all. Although I think 5 rounds on Sat and 10 on Sunday would be better.

Maybe better over two Sundays - I dive some Saturdays and I think July 12 is a dive day!
