Interestingly it was a zero turnover game. As I said pre-game, Seattle's run game is weak (64 yards, 45 by Wilson) but Wilson made the big plays - 325 yards throwing.

he does that every week. (with seeming most of the yds coming after the 2 min warning ;) ) . The key to Seattle winning is how well their defense play. They key to beating Seattle is stopping them in the red zone.

Better than mine. Only predicted the Eagles loss correctly

Tua just declared for the draft.

We will never see a player scrutinized physically more during this process.

You pick a normal fantasy lineup every weekend to get points but the trick is that you can only pick a player one time for the duration of the playoffs. I won it the only time I played years ago but haven't played it since because I thought it was a little luck based. I've concentrated on the Houston/Bills game as they have no chance of winning more than a game.

Wild Card weekend worked out well for me as I'm in 1st place out of about 50 people, but its tight up top. I had Cook and Henry (but so did a lot of other people) because I thought they were going to lose this weekend, so I can't pick them again. Planning out to the Super Bowl is probably a mistake but I'm thinking I want to get mostly AFC guys for the Super Bowl. But that means my plan is to not pick KC or Baltimore guys until the Super Bowl. And that means that I will not have picked one of Mahomes or Jackson during the playoffs.

Watching Bama's last game, the commentators said - Tua won't declare; he has unfinished business and his stock will drop because of the injury. He'll come back, play a full season uninjured and fight for the number one pick.

I thought he's be an idiot to do that. If he comes back and gets injured again he maybe gets drafted in the 6th round as a back up at somewhere like KC and if the injury's bad enough, he never plays pro. He had to go this year, even if it means he slips to the second round.

I'll take him in Carolina right now, dislocated hip or not.

Can't trust a left handed QB. Spiral is all wrong. Took Jerry Rice a year to get used to Steve Young.

Also puts more pressure on your RT as he'll be the one protecting the QB's blindside.

If he someone drops far enough in the first round, the Patriots would pick him up 100%.

I still think he ends up in Miami. They fell in love with him two years ago and can sit him behind Fitzmagic for the year.

aj4england 07-01-2020 12:21 PM

Agreed - the injury probably helped Miami as may still get him without having a season like the Bengals. They are also stacked with picks to put pieces around him for 2021 season.

Agreed, Pats would take him too though almost 100% he wouldnt fall that far. Chargers, Panthers, Raiders and Colts and Tampa would all be keen surely.

The Jags holding 9 and 20 and Raiders holding 12 and 19 also will play a key role in this draft.

The raiders are in good position to get a WR and the CB they need - issue for them would be whether they stick with Carr

Beckenham Boy 07-01-2020 01:32 PM

Chargers in Pick 6 would be all over him if he gets that far

aj4england 07-01-2020 01:45 PM

Chargers will surely be after Brady if their is an opportunity? Big name, new stadium, Rivers moving on...

Yeah but that's likely a single season punt if it were to happen, but I can still see him stay at NE and help bring through a youngster. He's nothing to prove away from them.

Whether it's Brady or Tyrod next year, we still need a decent young versatile QB to bring through. If it's Tua coming in, he'd start in front of Tyrod.

aj4england 07-01-2020 02:45 PM

Agreed a one season punt.

As a Cardinals fan it was disappointing to see our D Co-ordinator was retained, though blame has been placed on the pieces round him. Keeping Drake, shifting on Johnson (will likely turn back into a world beater at somewhere like the Pats) and then putting in a defence and try and compete in a tough league next season
