I will look forward to some more (hopefully enjoyable) BANTER later ;)

Will wait with baited breath ... I would say I will let you have this one but we need the win if we are going to make a push to the play offs ...

How is the coast treating you this morning? :)

Don't know - still getting over a stinking cold/throat infection and I haven't ventured out for about 4 days :(

Sorry to hear that fella, that's what you get living down at the coast then .. ;)

May be worth venturing out to blow the old cobwebs and germs away ...

I wish they would hurry up and announce the teams for Wembley this year, I'm getting impatient!

jazman 12-01-2010 12:49 PM

Just received my acceptance email from NFL UK

Swanny32 12-01-2010 12:50 PM

Yeah, got mine yesterday. Im hoping they let me book more than 6 tickets as I need 8.

Swanny32 12-01-2010 12:51 PM

Im also hoping they reduce the ticket prices a bit as there are two games this year, I want to go to both but don't think i'll be able to afford both due to my trip to Philly eating up all my spare dosh at the moment.

Swanny32 12-01-2010 01:00 PM

Or maybe they'll do some kind of offer where you buy a ticket for the first game and get a ticket for the second game half price.

Swanny32 12-01-2010 01:01 PM

They are going to need to do something if the second game is in fact Skins @ Jags, I mean, who in their right mind wants to watch the skins? :p

jazman 12-01-2010 01:09 PM

I will chose one to go to ...

AddiscombeEagle 12-01-2010 01:24 PM

I will wait to see the match ups before deciding whether to do both.

Swanny32 12-01-2010 01:26 PM

I feel obliged to go to both as I'm fed up hearing the Yanks moaning about the NFL not being popular in the UK, if they see Wembley half full it'll just add more fuel to their fire. (is that the right phrase to use?)

jazman 12-01-2010 01:31 PM

It will depend on how close together the games are and indeed if they are both at Wembley for me ...

Swanny32 12-01-2010 01:34 PM

I had a dream last night (weird I know) that there was one regular season game and one pre season game.

I read it as sarcasm.

After Sunday's debacle, I think we're the last team to be making stupid jokes right now.

Swanny32 12-01-2010 04:26 PM

We are second to last!

pauldrulez 12-01-2010 04:31 PM

Actually what about the Bungals?

They should be last. Eagles/Pats joint 2nd last. At least Brady got 2 TDs despite being shit ;)

Swanny32 12-01-2010 04:36 PM

Nah nah nah, we are forgetting the Stoolers here.

Swanny32 12-01-2010 04:41 PM

At the end of the day, there are plenty of teams/fans out there that would have given their left arm to be in the playoffs, ok so we went out a bit earlier than we'd have liked but at least we made it, think of the teams that didn't, Giants, Stoolers, Dolphins, Broncos, Titans, all good teams on their day, Broncos started really well, Titans ended really well, Dolphins probably would have gotten there if it wasn't for some serious injuries to Pennington and Brown, Stoolers are the current Champs, Gunts are always a threat.

jazman 12-01-2010 04:46 PM

I think we are the suprise package in the play offs this season other than maybe the Jets that are still there and the Bungals or finished with not so much as a whimper ... Most predictions for the season included all the other teams ..
