Think it makes it look overly dated actually. Don't remember people dressing like that in the mid 80s. Early 80s maybe. Of course that's assuming that advertising is like documentary making, which it isn't.

:hi:

I'm a bit worried about the security checks for next year though.

My Dad has ruled himself out of going, so the family won't be going. Just because he has a conviction for doing something naughty at Palace, he's worried he won't get in. Sucks.

Oh well, i've got a couple of people I can take with me anyway.

I make return flights somewhere in the region of £350 for me. Just done a couple of random dates in October.

Could get it cheaper if I do it properly and look about though.

From what I've heard NYC is very expensive, but sadly that's all second-hand opinion.

When I last did it I did it pretty 'cheap'. Wasn't too bad, hotel was pretty simple but pleasant and had everything I needed and in a good location, did everything I wanted.

Might be going over Easter to see the Mets :D

I flew Virgin to Orlando back in April and I have to say, less than impressed. Doesn't get any better than BA, we'll fly with them to Philly for sure.

pauldrulez 24-01-2010 10:25 PM

Depending on flight time, I get somewhere between £310 and £400 with BA.

Not much to choose really.

Jets moving again.

Swanny32 24-01-2010 10:26 PM

Personally Paul I wouldn't bother with Virgin, if you are flying economy then BA all the way fella, I have done a lot of flying throughout my life and BA pisses over every company I have ever flown with.

pauldrulez 24-01-2010 10:30 PM

Cool, i'm cool with any advice I can get. Will be a big help.

I've only ever flown to Spanish islands and Mainland Spain.

Pretty sad, but that's where i've always holidayed. Balearics, Tenerife, Lanzarote and the South coast. Used Thomson, XL and VirginSun (once, in 2000 and they were very good to be fair) :D

Anyway.

If Colts score on this drive, it's over. Jets aren't built for a 10 point deficit.

That's the thing for me. I want to go to Citi Field before Chipper retires, so I can hear them chant "Larry" at him and then shut up when he belts a pitch 450ft. :D

Surely can't be any better than the company that I used to work for that BA took over? ;) :o

I just want to go and see Bay knock a load out of that massive outfield!

Having personally known some of the people involved, I'm not altogether surprised.

pauldrulez 24-01-2010 10:37 PM

Game, Set, Match.

See you later Indy.

I've made this observation in the past, but only tonight have I watched him on nearly every play.

Dallas Clark - Tight End.

Watch him on every Pass Play.

I have never ever seen him stay in and block.

Keep an eye on it in the future :p

I liked XL, they actually left you alone on the flight for more than 20 minutes without offering a poxy scratchcard.

I flew back on Ryanair solo in the summer from Girona to Gatwick.

Enjoyed their service. Sat next to a Spanish guy whose kids were opposite, let me have the window seat and was barely bothered for the next 90 minutes by anyone.

pauldrulez 24-01-2010 10:39 PM

How about we bring in Curtis Painter, surely nothing can go wrong............................................. .................................................. .................................................. ....................

I've been a couple times, I can send you a link to a place I stayed in Chelsea, quite reasonably priced.

I like Swiss air, on my way back from Zurich to City airport, as the second leg from Munich, while horrendously hungover, decided it would be a good idea to have a complementary mini bottle of wine. Said to my mate we should try to drink as many as possible. Stewardess must have overheard as every time we finished one she offered us both another bottle, ended up having the equivalent of a full bottle each in about an hour, and was quite nicely drunk again by the time i got off the plane! :)

pauldrulez 24-01-2010 10:48 PM

Addai just had a 16 yard run for first down for those without pictures.

pauldrulez 24-01-2010 10:49 PM

2nd+9 from NYJ35

Swanny32 24-01-2010 10:57 PM

Well, full credit to the Jets and Sanchez, defied the critics, made it this far and have given the Colts a game tonight, Manning just too good. Got a lot of respect for Sanchez after this post season.

peagle 24-01-2010 10:57 PM

Jets TD followed by onside kick attempt?? Would be a good end!
