The only logic behind it IMO is that they have signed him for his kick and punt return abilities other than that they aren't getting much for their money.

All I know for sure is that I picked him low in our fantasy draft last season and he was pretty dire ... but I kept hold of him for longer than I really should have.

Two leagues of 12 is going to be tough to get, we don't want to pressurize people into signing up as they are often the first people to lose interest which in turn ruins it for the rest of the league. Two leagues of 10 would be good, I'm sure there is another 4 people out there who would join up, we already have one of them in Bellyman, so only 3 more needed.

peagle is another one who has become a bit more regular.

Your big-mouthed Eagle friend from Edenbridge may want to put his money where his mouth is.

And saxoneagle could be our last resort to make 20. However, i'm sure we can find one more if we need.

Interesting wonderlic scores from the QBs.

Tebow - 22.
Clausen - 23.
McCoy - 25.

Sam Bradford - 36.

Big jump there.

Saying that, Ryan Fitzpatrick went to Harvard and I believe got 49 out of 50.

So, it doesn't mean anything :D

Thomas Jones has signed for the Chiefs!! Shonne Green is up to #1 RB in New York then.

ardeo 10-03-2010 07:16 PM

He should be good, looked good in the playoffs anyway. Although they'll need someone for him to share the ball with.

On another point, mainly for Jazman's interest - Pinky's one of the presenters on Live from Studio 5 (which i saw when flicking through the channels)

Jamaal Charles moves down 2 rounds in the fantasy league with Jones stealing the Goalline carries.

Jets need another RB. Greene can't carry the ball 20+ times every game this year or they'll be putting pressure on Sanchez to perform.

Swanny32 10-03-2010 07:50 PM

pauldrulez 10-03-2010 07:51 PM

Swanny32 10-03-2010 07:54 PM

That one is wasted on me fella, I haven't got a clue what you are talking about.

pauldrulez 10-03-2010 07:59 PM

To be fair, it was a poor joke and I probably should have used someone else as the target of a gay joke :D

Swanny32 10-03-2010 08:08 PM

Yeah, that was crap, hang your head in shame.

pauldrulez 10-03-2010 08:10 PM

I was going to use EEIE, but I haven't seen him on here since the Eagles lost to Dallas twice ;)

Swanny32 10-03-2010 08:17 PM

You should shut up now Paul

pauldrulez 10-03-2010 08:27 PM

 Thanks for the heads up ... Sky+ sorted ... :o

Marlin Jackson signs for the Eagles. Injury prone CB gonna play FS. Great.

Still, can't be any worse than Macho Harris or Quintin Demps.

peagle, Bellyman, EEIE. Our oft-missing Jets fans (coincidence they disappear after a loss, I think not). Saxoneagle even though he wants a year out.

With the leagues scoring system being the same, we could also run a knockout competition in between the leagues (FA Cup style). I've had it in a different website (5 different leagues), and it ran over 6 weeks and was good for those out of the normal league.

Why put my name down for something I've already said I'm not doing?

Subliminal messaging to convince you to join? If we say it enough you may forget you said you weren't going to join.

Oh, i've gone and ruined it now :(
