Saw the highlights of the game on SportsCenter. Would watch the game tonight but there is a more important game on tonight, the Rangers take on the Rays in the final play off game ...

I did the same so that spoils the thought of watching the game now.

Can't you set Sky+ on manual record (not had it for a while so may just be old age forgetfulness talking).

Hmmmm not much point in watching it then. I'm not so sure there is much espn can do about games that over run. It's a bit of a pain.

You have a point there, I think you can or at least change how long before and after the programme time it does :p

Maximum before and after each programme is 10 minutes, probably won't help much.

I'm certain Neil is right that there is a manual option .. I have done it before when recording something on one of the radio stations.

They can extend the programme as it is over-running.

That way, the sky box will continue to record.

Yes, I know it's the middle of the night. But, we also pay £9 or whatever it is per month for the service so it should work properly.

As for Manual Recording, I done that last year for SNF on Channel 5 and to be honest it worked pretty well.

Might go back to doing it again.
