No, that was the beauty of the play. The game can't end on a defensive penalty, so if the Ravens could have run out the last 12 seconds on that play the game would have been over since they were technically the offense. Usually on that play the punter just walks out of the end zone in 2 seconds.

It was a very clever play and the punter did well to take as much time off the clock as he possibly could.

Titus Young thinks he's better than Calvin Johnson.

Well, he's certainly special.

I guess might have given enough time for a Hail Mary throw.

I see the Rams are hoping he is correct...

The agent for Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco said Tuesday he thinks his client should be the highest paid at the position in the NFL.

Agent Joe Linta, when asked in an interview with CNBC whether Flacco should be the highest-paid quarterback, simply responded, "Yes."

Flacco, 28, is younger than Peyton Manning ($18 million) and Drew Brees ($20 million), and, as of Sunday, has as many Super Bowl titles as each of them. Linta said those are the numbers that matter.
Sorry, Joe and Joe. I'm not buying it.

The New Orleans Saints are expected to hire Rob Ryan as their new defensive coordinator, according to ESPN.com.

The New Orleans Times-Picayune, however, reported that the deal might not be a lock.

According to the newspaper, the Saints will interview University of Georgia defensive coordinator Todd Grantham on Thursday, a day before they speak with Ryan.

The Saints have been seeking a new defensive coordinator since firing Steve Spagnuolo, with head coach Sean Payton stating the team's intention to moved to a 3-4 base scheme.
The war has just escalated.

Just the one year and that was a throw away line from a terrible back up QB... :p

The Giants have had enough of Ahmad Bradshaw.

oz_da II 06-02-2013 08:55 PM

Donald Driver retires.

Fantastic career. :p

Thinking on the draft.

If the Chiefs dont take Geno Smith - no QB in the first round?

has that ever happened before?

Third time they've changed it isn't it? Got some memorabilia with the first jag they had to change because it looked too similar to another famous jaguar logo

So the Vikings are supposedly shopping Harvin for some draft picks. ESPN seems to think that the Patriots, 49ers and Falcons are the first in line to make a play for him.

Would love the Niners to get him; we need another every down receiver alongside Crabtree. Harvin would fit the bill perfectly. The more weapons for Kaep the better!
