I'll say 0-3, I'm being super pessimistic in this rebuilding year. Both offence and defence are having massive changes so not expecting much early, just hoping we will find some late.season form when things come together.

Rough old schedule for the Panthers this year. Giants, Seattle, 49ers (on the road) - it's saying something when Patriots on the road is being eyed up as a potential W!

Not to mention the divisional games against perennial playground bullies the Falcons, a presumably resurgent Saints, and the always improving Bucs. You have to say the most likely implosion in the division will be from the Panthers, sadly.

Even what would have been potential wins last season - Dolphins, Rams, Jets - are shrouded in mystery this year. And as for Adrian Peterson - he's always good for a couple of hundred yards rushing and receiving against us!

I think the Jets trading away Revis is them giving up on Rex, they don't have a hope in hell next season. I'll be surprised if they win 3 games next year.

I'm looking forward to the draft.

From a British perspective, we have Menelik Watson to keep an eye as a potential first rounder.

We then have local Croydon boy Lawrence Okoye; his story could be incredible. He might have to wait for a invitation to a mini camp, but he might even get selected very late on (49ers have shown interest and might be willing to take a risk-free punt on him with one of their later picks).

Joeckel will go first, but the draft could get interesting IF the Bills take a gamble on Geno Smith, which is a possibility.

There isn't much star quality in this draft, but its quite a deep draft in many positions in regards to players than could comfortably make a solid impact in their rookie season.

I'm running the Chicago Marathon in October and it just so happens that the Bears are hosting the Giants in the Thursday night game whilst I'm there. I did look at buying a ticket through the NFL, it seemed very expensive though, and I vaguely remember somewhere in this thread was a link for getting tickets to games. Any chance someone can post it again for me, and has anyone been to Soldier Field for a game. Finally is it better to get the ticket early or leave it a while and hope to pick up the ticket cheaper?

Bills will try to trade down, or Marrone will take Nassib.

Not into the draft as much this year (part of having a life), but I'm hoping the Pats move down and try to get 4 picks in the 2nd and 3rd round

Because the Panthers were the worst team in football during that subsequent season, the second-round pick they handed New England became the 33rd overall pick in the following draft, a selection they used to nab Ras-I Dowling. (Nobody's perfect).

By being patient and trading into the future, the Patriots turned the 89th overall pick into the 33rd, 62nd, and 150th overall picks. Most NFL general managers would be afraid to make those sorts of moves because they would be worried about their job security, but the stability in New England means Belichick can plan ahead without worrying about being fired. Of course, that leads to the ol' chicken-versus-egg problem: Is Belichick smart because he has stability, or does he have stability because he's smart? In any case, it's clear to see how valuable manipulating draft trades can be.
Ever since the Falcons gave up their 2000 1st Round pick to take Reggie Kelly at the 42nd pick in the 1999 draft, I've hated those trades. Of course, Reggie Kelly was god awful and the Ravens took Jamal Lewis with the 5th overall pick. And the Falcons ended up taking Alge Crumpler in 2001 to erase that mistake.

Tom Wort a MLB from the Oklahoma Sooners is also in the draft, maybe a 4th/5th rounder, born and lived in Crawley until he was 14.
