DeAndre Hopkins is the business.

Ok, how about this for a hypothetical situation. You score a TD with 2 minutes left in the game to put your team up by 7 points. Do you kick the XP or go for 2 points?

Another loser for a team that kicks the XP.

Once again, NFL referees prove they have no idea what they're doing in regards to blows to the head. #BreesSucks

Famous last words from the RedZone guy, "So the Cardinals will have to punt and the Lions can run out the clock." That was with 5:30 to go in the game.

4th and 5 for Detroit and the play they came up with was a 3 yard curl to Nate Burleson that wasn't even close.

Manning elder does the business again.

I think Rivera has to go. That's 9 matches we've lost going into the 4th with a lead since he's taken over. No time management skills and seemingly unable to get that final push out of his players.

sir_minty 16-09-2013 06:42 AM

Oh giants :( what the hell is going on?

Eli losing to Big Bro once again

It's been many years since I followed NFL regularly so I can no longer claim to be a Vikes fan but if I was I'd be very out of sorts to have that 1 point loss to the old enemy wipe out the hope of making good on that week 1 loss to Detroit. Not read any reports but just looking at scorecards seems to suggest that the same old Vikes story is playing out again.

Dolphins are for real.

NFC East is no longer a beast. My continued support for Romo finally died last night. It was on it's last legs I have to admit but my frustrations were too much to bare last night. No offence to KFC but we should have walked that game last night. We are never going to get anywhere with him effectively running the offensive line. It was a concern when I heard that is part of coaching set up this season and the game plan is effectively his. And I can't see him going anywhere soon. he must be JJ's love child. God help us.

I like Deadspin's take on the Jags season/signing Tim Tebow:

"After the Jaguars fell to 0-2 with Chad Henne under center, proving that they aren't a playoff team only held back by Blaine Gabbert, the rest of the season is pretty much a race for Teddy Bridgewater. So why not hand the reins to someone who will suck just as badly, and maybe sell some jerseys in the process?"

But what if Tebow leads them to a 6-10 record and they end up drafting a drug-addled RG anyway? At least with Gabbert, you know you're gonna be the worst team in the league.
