Question: I'm 5ft 11in tall, wear a large size Palace shirt and am thinking of getting an NFL jersey.

Would a medium size suffice? I remember having a large sized one and it was massive, so would prefer to have something a little better-fitting. Any ideas?

Swanny32 21-10-2013 08:07 AM

I'd probably put you in a large Rob although haven't seen you for a few years. If you reckon your last shirt was a large then maybe try a medium and send it back if it doesn't fit?

The Philadelphia Eagles....

I can't think of anything nice to say, so I'm not going to say anything. Instead, I'm just going to laugh.

WTF!

Any idea what happened to him after? Must be concussion at least :(

Only got him in the back, suspect he'll have a slightly sore back and lots of stories to tell.

Quietly? It was WWIII out there today! Amongst all the chipping, Janoris Jenkins decided to give Steve Smith a load of verbals about his wife and family, prompting SS to immediately make him look like a right mug on the next play, sidestepping him for a TD.

Rams' Long was ejected and flipped the bird at the fans on his way off, who responded by chucking stuff at him. Then one of their OL men (forget his name, the guy from Atlanta) spent the rest of the game stomping around like Big Bird in the middle of his menstrual cycle. Don't know who pissed in their coffee at half time.

Gus Poyet ;)

Seriously though, great review of what happened. Who was the Panther getting all excited about Long being ejected and constantly reinacted the zebras 'ejection signal'. Hilarious viewing.

Long flicks the bird at the fans and then complains when fans throw things at him. Again, hilarious.

All in all, a great night of entertainment all round.

I would imagine your sides need stitching up after watching that last night. Comedy of errors! Foles was terrible and if he really was fighting a groin strain then he should have been taken out of the game rather than a concussion forcing him out....mind you, if he was taken out Barkley probably would have thrown a lot more picks and we'd have been even more embarrassed.

Couldn't understand Kelly's decision to attempt a 60 yard field goal in the first half. The play calling throughout the game was piss poor in my opinion. Tom text me last night saying that the O Line weren't helping the run game but personally I just think it was poor calls and the O Line just being knackered as when Foles was dropping back he was farting about so much that they were having to work for twice as long as normal. Vick out, Foles out, Barkley isn't ready and debatable whether or not he ever will be on that performance, think it's time to cut our losses and sign Tim Tebow....or just play a shit load of wildcat!

Terry Tait lives!

Man to camera guy: "And this job is so great, free tickets. When nobody is watching, I turn around and watch the game. Then I turn back to the crowd and laugh at them for paying $100 while I get a front row seat for nothing..."

SMASH!!!

"You KNOW you have to go to the ticket office like everyone body else, Doug! WOOOSSSAHH!"

There was so much going on, I didn't see the guy you're referring to!

Good thing Eagles fans aren't too reactionary :)

We don't really have many other options if Vick & Foles aren't fit for the game against the Giants this weekend. It'll be Barkley or pick someone up and hope to grind out some kind of result. Either way, I think we're going to have to sign a QB this week. Tebow might actually be half decent in this kind of offence.

Think Vick may get rushed back. Foles had a bad game after a couple of decent ones, but at the very least he didn't throw the game away.

As much as he didn't throw the game away, we never looked like doing anything, that being said we didn't look any better with Barkley in there. Vick will no doubt be rushed back and told to not be so mobile to protect his hamstring injury a bit.

very comical review on Monday Night Countdown of the Superbowl being held at MetLife.
General disbelief that New Jersey in Feb was chosen as a sensible place to hold the Superbowl.
They have a point.

Flat Noodle 22-10-2013 04:31 AM

Freeman sucks. Vikings should drop him next week.
