Fantastic final drive there.
Gore was immense.
And Kaepernick's run to get the 1st down at 3rd and 8.

Bring on the Panthers!

Did they throw a flag, though?

I'm actually quite happy the Panthers beat us the way they did at the Stick earlier in the season.

We were without Crabtree & Davis went off injured in that game. Thats 33.3%of our offence!

Its Cam's first ever play off game as well, and being at home, the pressure is on them to take the initative. Go in there and stop their running game, and we certainly have the beating of them. Our weak link is our secondary but bar Steve Smith, the Panthers aren't blessed with talent down field.

Well, the home teams didn't have much luck this weekend. (Or maybe they were just crappy)

Sounds like overconfidence to me.

It should be a great match-up.
2 solid defenses and 2 dynamic QB's

I agree with davematt, the pressure is on Carolina and especially Newton.

Funk Butter 06-01-2014 04:12 PM

It appears the 49ers had a little extra inspiration yesterday.

http://espn.go.com/nfl/draft2014/sto...n-declarations

Blake Bortles joined Bridgewater in declaring for the draft. Brett Hundley is leaning towards staying and Manziel is just trolling everybody by not declaring yet.
