Wow, the Panthers must really be terrible, the Steelers can't beat the Bucs at home.

I've been watching that game live on Game Pass - one of the best I have ever seen. Quite an amazing comeback in the last Quarter.

Hopefully that will signal a change of fortune for the Bucs.

Teddy looks brilliant. Just rushed for his first TD in his first ever career start

8 of 11 for 138 yds in the first half, plus 16 yds rushing with a TD.

Vikes lead 21-14

Green Bay vs Chicago was the 2nd game in NFL history to go without a punt.

Sep. 13, 1992: Bills vs 49ers was the first.

Andrew Luck winning me multiple games across my leagues.

Had him in a league with Steve Smith and Keenan Allen. My most important league! $25 buyin, $200 for the winner, $100 runner up... And I'm on my way to 4-0!

Here's a stinker stat:

Quote:

In the last four Wembley games the winning teams have had leads of 31, 25, 17, and 31 points going into the 4th quarter.

Pretty decent showing against the Saints that was. Perhaps I was far too harsh in my criticism of my own team. Time will tell but 3&1 is better than I expected at this stage.

davematt 29-09-2014 01:15 PM

Massive win for the Niners.

We rushed the ball first, passed the ball second. Thats what has made this team so good the past three years. Why we have tried to change it is baffling. Frank Gore is still a capable back, and then you have Hyde to come in take a % of the workload.

PLEASE keep it this way.

Still, on the bright side, it does make getting into the tube station at the end of the game a bit easier! I reckon more than half of the crowd had gone by the last fifteen minutes (actual not game time).

oz_da II 30-09-2014 04:01 AM

Who knew praying to Mecca was an unsportsmanlike penalty in the NFL?

oz_da II 30-09-2014 04:09 AM

And the Jimmy Garoppolo era in New England has commenced. TD to Gronkowski on Garoppolo's debut drive.
