I'm a quick reader. Alot of players do change positions when moving to the NFL, an example being Gholston moving from DE to OLB, and Albert this year, it takes them time to adjust and I dont think he will have adjusted enough to take on the Rush from them. But if he does well, then full props to him as he will have earned his money. However, is it good for a player to be in a team that should be the whipping boys of the AFC and have basically wrote their season off this year.

Ooh, nearly forgot, was reading a news story about how the two young CBs (Flowers and ???) were shown a video of Welker and Moss and were wide-eyed at the end of it. If true, that is one of the funniest things I have heard and hope to see tomorrow.

Is it me, or do I just make the hate of the Patriots increase tenfold :D

EMBRACE THE HATE IN 08.

I find it pretty hard to believe that they've never seen Welker or Moss.

I think it was too show some of the runs and how to tell where and when they are going and when to leap for the ball. Considering Flowers is 5"9 and Moss 6"4 he will need to know how to time it. But we have Hobbs who is around that height and Wheatley as well, so we are in the same position.

Patriots Today done a sim using Madden 09, and had it finishing 16-10 in OT after scoring in the last 15 secs of normal time.

Anyone here hoping Favre gets picked off with his first throw and the "patient:o" New York crowd slaughter him next week after Pennington throws 3 TDs today.

Given that Elliott, Strath and I are all regulars on this thread I'd say this question has a rather obvious answer.

Paul -- What was the site you put up a few pages ago (can't be bothered to look for it) that has most of the games streaming?

I DO NOT want to watch Cleveland and Detroit today :)

TIA

tvants is not working. Guess I'm SOL this week...

jlmatthews 07-09-2008 05:54 PM

Stupid Question time -- I have sopcast... is that the same thing as tvants? I'm reading the FAQ's and just getting confused :D

pauldrulez 07-09-2008 05:57 PM

No, download TVAnts, use any of the streams at the end and it should work.

Got the Pats game on now.

BRADY STARTS :lux:

elliott 07-09-2008 05:59 PM

TVants is different.

If you have a good quality connection, join streamtvnow. 950kbps streams. Ridiculous quality.

$3 a month. Well worth it.

elliott 07-09-2008 06:12 PM

woooo. davone bess. awesome punt return.

jlmatthews 07-09-2008 06:14 PM

RDSdaEAGLE 07-09-2008 06:18 PM

elliott 07-09-2008 06:19 PM

what a fake from favre. awesome.

pauldrulez 07-09-2008 06:21 PM

He almost threw him into the endzone though, what was he doing??

Although I am not really concentrating, watching Maroney and Brady shove it up the Chiefs' arses. (Despite not scoring yet ;))

jlmatthews 07-09-2008 06:22 PM

Pats have butter fingers.

He threw a beautiful 56-yard touchdown pass. That's what he was doing.

elliott 07-09-2008 06:22 PM
