Which means.

If no SKY, I'll get Gamepass HD and hook it up to my TV.

Voila,

24hr NFLNetwork and any game I want to watch, at any time. That equals Epic.

Swanny32 02-09-2009 01:20 PM

How much is gamepass HD?

Swanny32 02-09-2009 01:21 PM

Seems to be a few people saying that MNF is going to be on ESPN only and that there is a massive possibility that there won't be any red button games this season.

Depends, it's always good to have good runners, they can often be used in different ways.

pauldrulez 02-09-2009 07:31 PM

RB by committee, but that's harder when you have DeAngelo who will get a high amount of carries.

GamepassHD is a decent amount of money, but since I would get NFLN if it came out here at £6 a month, I would get this since I can watch any game I want.

But I will leave it until the last minute just in case.

pauldrulez 02-09-2009 08:19 PM

My idea of going through every game on the schedule mathematically.

Not happening anytime soon. Too much effort after attempting it.

How Saxon did that i'll never know.

So:
AFC East: Patriots, Bills, Dolphins, Jets.
AFC North: Steelers, Bengals, Ravens, Browns.
AFC South: Texans, Colts, Titans, Jaguars.
AFC West: Chargers, Broncos, Raiders, Chiefs.

NFC East: Eagles, Giants, Redskins, Cowboys.
NFC North: Packers, Vikings, Bears, Lions.
NFC South: Saints, Falcons, Panthers, Buccaneers.
NFC West: Cardinals, 49'ers, Seahawks, Rams.

Playoffs: AFC 1. Patriots, 2. Steelers, 3. Chargers, 4. Texans, 5. Colts, 6. Bills
NFC 1. Packers, 2. Eagles, 3. Saints, 4. Cardinals, 5. Vikings, 6. Giants.

Chargers@Steelers, Colts@Patriots
Vikings@Eagles, Giants@Packers

Steelers@Patriots
Eagles@Packers

Patriots@Packers.

Patriots = Superbowl Champions.

The Texans' logo shown as being "good design" - what?!

http://www.admixweb.com/2009/08/31/e...-sports-logos/

Swanny32 03-09-2009 12:09 AM

I prefer the Texans logo to the Steelers logo, I think theirs looks so boring, Texans depicts everything about their team in a simple logo which is well thought out. I think my favorite logo other than the Eagles of course is the Falcons or Ravens, both are very nice.

Edenbridge Eagle In Exile 03-09-2009 07:02 AM

My personal favourites (apart from the Eagles of course ;) ) would be the Seattle Seahawks and the best helmet logo would be the LA Rams (sorry I can't mention SL)

oz_da II 03-09-2009 07:31 AM

The Seahawks should go back to their old silver helmet design.

Latvian Eagle 03-09-2009 07:48 AM

Seahawks wanted Blue helmets at home and silver away but for some reason the NFL has a rule where you can't use different helmet colours which seems a bit picky if you ask me. The team held a vote over which colour to use and the fans picked blue.

Having seen the old Seahawks uniforms I must say the newer ones are much better! :p

oz_da II 03-09-2009 08:14 AM

I disagree. The home uniform is too monotonous.

Saw the Favre block last night .. it looked like it took him ages to get down that far but the bigger they are the harder they fall I guess ... :o

We take on Favre and his damn Vikings tomorrow night :p

nookiebear 03-09-2009 02:20 PM

I like these logos

Ravens, Dolphins, Steelers, Raiders, Redskins, Panthers, Packers

I also like old Houston Oilers and old Rams

I wonder if he'll play though.

Traditionally, 4th pre-season game is the reserves playing for their jobs in the 53. I don't expect Brady to play, injured or not. Same with Brees, Manning, Ware, Porter etc etc.

If he plays, I hope he gets torn in half.

His actions has endangered the wildcat.

Someone will get hurt out wide because of his actions.

oz_da II 03-09-2009 03:28 PM

I've heard no first team Vikings will be playing against the Cowboys...

pauldrulez 03-09-2009 03:35 PM

So Favre will be playing then ;)
