Don't mind the Harveys Sussex, can take or leave a London Pride.

I'm more of an Abbot Ale or Wadworth 6X man.

Palmers is small brewery in Bridport Dorset and Skinners is brewed I think in Truro in Cornwall. Both smaller breweries but very fine beers!!! I also love Westerham Ales British Bulldog (brewed just up the road from my home town)

Uuuggghhhh

Coopers is ditch water!!!! Tastes like Newcastle Brown mixed with meths!!!

Had a bottle of the stuff in a bar in Paris and then went on to win a Coopers T Shirt in the raffle. This was much to the annoyance of the Coopers Rep (an Aussie), as I was slagging off the stuff all night whilst trying to explain how to brew bitter properly. :D

Woof Woof!!!

I hesitate to ask what was on your pallette at the time...

I'll be downing one of these in an hour, superb!
Everyone I've introduced it to has been a big fan.

And the Pro Bowl Coaching is about as bad as it can get for big teams...

You can argue the toss with NFL.com then ... don't shoot the messenger ...

I hate Australians. They come over here to take jobs off British workers then complain about us while we are paying them. They also take money out of the country. I'd always employ a British person above an Aussie. Aussies always seem to make comments on issues that don't concern themselves. The biggest moaners on the planet.

I do like a bit of Castlemaine 4X however :D

I watched that Extreme Engineering programme last night about the Cowboys Stadium ... awesome viewing ... :p

It's a great programme. I hope there is a follow up as they still hadn't finished the stadium.

I soooo want to go to Cowboys Stadium. One of the wonders of the world ;) :D :p

I thought they were going to at the end, disapointed when they didn't. Will have to keep an eye out for a follow up, I'm sure they will ... I even Sky+ the programme as the next one looked quite good as well, can't recall what building it is though ...

While watching saw an ad for Destroyed in Seconds programme which while it's probably a little sick I added that one as well .. :D

Mrs JM even started looking at flights to Dallas as we thought it would be cheaper to fly there rather than the intended NY in a couple of years ... it's knowing where to stay though ...

I hope you make it. I bet it is awesome.

My missus is a Yank and we go to New England for our summer holiday. I usually drive to NY to watch the Yankees play as it makes life easier than stopping off, which has been done. I'm going to have to take an internal flight if I want to make it to Dallas. I know she won't be happy about me leaving for 3-4 days but it's something that has to happen at some stage. I'm sure my boy will enjoy the trip.

I hear that the Westerham brewery is worth a trip .. never been and it's only a short drive ... or should I say bus ride ;)

To be honest I don't think it will. A trip to New York is quite expensive after a short look around and Dallas isn't an awful lot different ... difficult to justify going without taking the kids with us, so taking them will just add to the cost ... first things first, moving house so will see where we are after that.

Hey Jaz the brewery is not in Westerham, its located just outside Crockham Hill on the road to Pootings/Four Elms

The local boozer (The Royal Oak in Crockham Hill) used to a Shepherd Neame Pub but is now owned by Westerham Brewery !!!
