Don't agree. It's Crawleys call, which he does at once. Burns was slow off the mark his attempt to make his ground was as I posted school boy. Makes no odds ,he went and Crawley was'nt far behind. I don't know why they don't just open with Malan save a lot of bother.

Agree with this, he has flaws but his technique generally good and we need to stick with him in the test side and let him make his mistakes and learn. These days there is nowhere else to learn and its not as if he is keeping a good alternative batsmen out

ECB bloke wants our players to play Sheffield Shield. Fair request in my opinion as it's been very one sided for decades. If the ACB don't agree, stop allowing the Aussie cricketers to spend every summer in England. If we did stop overseas players playing in country cricket, home Test series would certainly be more favourable to England, maybe even to the tune of 5-0 in the Ashes with conditions so unique and alien.
