Yes. Of course we can.

No. No we can’t, sorry.

Well I guessed one bowler would break down, just got the wrong one.

Feel massively for Robinson, Woakes and Wood. Let down by everyone around them, particularly at the top including the captain and vice-captain.

Will your 350 or my over 500 be right. That’s something to keep the interest going :D

Do I really have to get bt to watch this ?

That was a fantastic attacking innings from Travis Head. Completely turned the match on its head.
At 5-195, it was anyones game, he single handedly turned it around.

Poor chap looks like an uglier version of Mitchell Johnson

No I am still stuck in a time loop when we used to play good cricket :)

Ah shit, yeah. Good point. He must have done zero work on his fitness because he's tweeting about watching The Ashes.

I went to bed at 1:30. There was a degree of inevitability that we were bowling too well to not be getting wickets and it was always going to lead to a big score incoming.

Shocking decisions everywhere.
I have a degree of sympathy with certain aspects, that so many of them have had minimal cricket due to the weather, and that can excuse certain elements of play.

But brain dead decision after brain dead decision seems to be order of the day.

Did he not get injured playing football during last ashes?

desperado 09-12-2021 09:24 AM

England's front line spinner taking one wicket for nearly a hundred runs and Rory Burns dropping yet another straight forward chance at second slip

Good to see some things are back to normal

Somewhere bang in the middle I’d suggest.

Be somewhat poetic :p

Over 500 at this moment is hard, maybe 400ish is my guess

I don’t recall.

However, I vote for the squad playing football before the second test…

He did play exceptionally well and I just hope he don’t bowl and take some wickets when we bat next that would be like rubbing salt on our wounds

Whichever village Green Burns played for does not matter, what matters is he made it to England first XI.

Are you getting jealous? Maybe you think you is a better player but couldn’t make it to the Sunday league 4th team….

Pretty sure it's a belated Movember thing and he's got his dates mixed up.
