Andy Reid knows what he has to do in the off season... DEFENCE!!

greybot 21-01-2019 03:15 AM

****. Feel sorry for Mahomes. Coin toss got Patriots to the Superbowl. :frown:

CP-RJW 21-01-2019 03:16 AM

Sure they’ll win the SB too, will be determined to avenge last year. Unlucky Chiefs.

Unfair rule but class from NE.

Swoonara 21-01-2019 03:23 AM

What a game ,shame there had to be a loser!

greybot 21-01-2019 03:29 AM

Both teams kept cancelling each other out during the game with touchdowns, yet stupid overtime doesn't even give a team a chance of coming back when there's time left on the clock. Just so unfair that a game like that is decided by a coin toss. The rule has to change.

Just as nature abhors a vacuum, so American sport abhors a draw. Add that to tv scheduling and you have the current rule (which was changed a few years back to make it a smidge fairer than it was before)

How about the college way where both teams get a go. Seems more fair.

So everyone’s cheering on the Rams in a couple of weeks then?

Latvian Eagle 21-01-2019 09:39 AM

Keep forgetting the Rams are now L.A.

Yeah, f**k the Pats

Saints robbed by officials
Cheifs rob themselves by lining up in the neutral zone. Small margins

Still not convinced by the Edleman call though. Clear and obvious. The need for 10 minutes of reviewing footage surely by its nature suggests they do not have clear and obvious evidence?

How about this one

looked more like an incomplete pass than complete.

Not in my household.

You've got to be Palace, Patriots, Oakland A's, Bruins and Geelong FC to get in my pad.
If you don't support any of the above you can rightly **** off.:lux:

Cant be serious? He's absolutely brilliant! He calls pretty much every play before the snap, goes into so much detail and genuinely gets excited and acts like a fan when the games are as exciting as they are. Would take him every day of the week over all the co commentators we get on Sky and BT for Premier League games.

The Saints were hardly converting. They blew it themselves.

As for the Chiefs, that D was on the field for so long last night that they just had no energy to keep the Pats out of the end zone.

Two excellent games though.
