Yep - that's what makes it even more unbelievable - it's not even the kids being drafted by other teams that the fans are booing, it's their own guys!

To be fair, it's not like the Jets brass has given them a reason to cheer.

I don't even know who any of those Jets picks were but I was cracking up in the office just watching that video...

"We want Sam! We want Sam"... Err!!!

That was "We want Sapp!" The best are the fans of other teams laughing at the Jets picks.

Latvian Eagle 29-11-2011 04:40 PM

My bad... It sounded like Sam... :clown:

There was some Colts fan laughing hands on head right near the beginning. Sounds like the Jets pick just like the Cavaliers always used to in the NBA.

No doubt, but if it was my boy up there, proudest day of his life....I'd be upset for him.

I don't know if getting drafted by the Jets is the proudest day of many player's lives.

SteveyHawking 29-11-2011 05:26 PM

Los Angeles Jaguars??

Latvian Eagle 29-11-2011 05:48 PM

I've often thought that Jacksonville is a rather random place to have an NFL team anyway. What was the thinking behind it?

peagle 29-11-2011 06:06 PM

Name linked with buying Shahid Khan.

pauldrulez 29-11-2011 06:18 PM

Confirmed as the purchaser by Weaver.

Verbal confirmation that they will not be leaving Jacksonville for the time being.

I think Harry Redknapp was involved in that decision.

Breer says he thinks Khan will want to promote Jags in the UK (though I don't know why and he gave no basis for this as it was on Twitter).
