Who's watching the cycling?
Nothing too exciting so far. A break of eight relatively unknown riders got a 20-minute lead but it's coming down slowly but surely. The Slovenia and Belgium teams are riding at the front of the peloton. Van Avermaet (after a big shift at the front) and Fraille have been dropped. Thomas and TGH have both crashed. It looks like Pog is riding for Rog. |
The Italians have accelerated and there are splits in the peloton.
Valverde has been dropped. |
Oh, this is the Olympics where the BBC have lost all the coverage. Nice.

Valverde has got back into the peloton.

HAT Carapaz!
|
So much for the Tour taking it out of them - 1st and 3rd were 3rd and 1st in the Tour, and separated by the winner of three Tour stages.
|
Barbra Banda from Zambia is making some money this tournament. She has back to back hat tricks against Holland and China. Maybe we should put in a bid for her, she's a beast.

I don't know if you guys can use https://gorin.jp/live/ without a VPN, but they have all the streams. It helps if you know Japanese, but you can probably muddle your way thru.
EDIT: I absolutely jinxed myself as the Japan v GB women's football is nowhere to be found. (Now that I think about it, that game might be an NHK exclusive.) |

It's on eurosport which is part of the discovery corporate octopus these days. Can watch absolutely anything, it's a bit oo much.
Why is there a separate women's section for air rifle shooting anyway? |

Enjoyed the archery and shooting though. |
Was about to go to bed but then put on the skateboarding. Could watch it for hours.
