I don't know what's funnier, Jones' teammates relentlessly giving him shit for getting tackled or Jones calling the Steelers coach Tomlinson. |
That 1st half was a clinic.

It is not very often that I get the chance to sit down and watch a whole game. However, Mrs Jonboy is out with her friends. She chose a good day.

Hands and face to a Touchdown pass. :D
|
So that's home field wrapped up for Seattle, and therefore not much point in betting against them getting to the Superbowl.
|
"Roughing" the passer has become a joke
|
The Saints' 188 yards of total offense is a low in the Sean Payton-Drew Brees era.

You only need 2 early big plays to quieten the crowd. Saints, Niners would give it a damn good go despite last night! I'd love to see Bears-Seahawks. Cutler, Marshall, Jeffrey, Bennett and Forte. That is lethal. Unfortunately, Lynch would run for 200! |
Pleased the Saints lost, both in respect of the NFC south situation and the fact that they're wankers.
However, I'm a little concerned that being so comprehensively schooled last night will have stung them into action for Sunday's Panthers game. What a shame the Panthers threw away games against the Bills and Seahawks at the start of the season. |
stunning win for the Seahawks lads are on form at the right time.

Talk about sending out a statement.
I haven't watched the game yet (will do later) but that is one impressive result. For me, that could be a wrap on the NFC. It is going to take a barn storming effort for anyone to go into that place and beat them. I'd be stunned if they aren't in the Superbowl. |
Probably throwing my money away...
To win Super Bowl: Carolina Panthers @ 12 Detroit Lions @ 26 Philadelphia Eagles @ 36 |

Chicago can have great moments, but they couldn't stop my beloved terrible Vikings and wont even make the playoffs now. |
Jay/Swanny, please continue your NFC East argument :D
Surely Nick Foles isn't going to walk into Dallas and win the division? Can't see the NFC North teams stopping the Eagles offense in the next three, but they've have to work hard to stop Chicago/Detroit scoring. |
I don't think Denver or Seattle make the Super Bowl. I don't know why!
I'd like to think it'll be NE vs Dallas, but I doubt it somehow! If the Chiefs can get to the AFCCG and play NE, they'll make the Superbowl. But, can Cincy/Indy or a Wildcard team knock out Denver? I think anyone can beat anyone in the NFC. Funnily enough, I think Stafford, Johnson and Bush could match up well. Johnson matches up well against anyone, and he is massive compared to Sherman. |
