Would but that is just delaying the pain and it would mean going late night shopping which is just as bad.

Holby City
Two reasons beyond the fact the most tenuous material is elongated to fill each episode; 1) Continuity is appalling, why is there always the sound of cross-plane V8 engine in the background when they open a scene in the car park? Why do all ambulances arrive with sirens going - can you imagine how irritating that would be? Why do all the staff finish at the same time and go to the bar every day? 2) type-casting : (SPOLIER ALERT) in last night's episode two things struck me - then bad guy was a foreigner and the senior doctor in trouble is black. |
Also that it's a and e department is 200 miles away in Bristol and the crossovers with casualty are shocking

People who don't signal at roundabouts. Pedestrians who amble across the road in front of you almost daring you to run them over.
|
Simple. Run em over, problem solved, no longer can you drive, and most probably be locked up, even less chance of ever having this problem again.

Not sure if this one is jealously or annoyance. Woman at work who I used to supervise and was not the sharpest pencil in the rack got her Real Estate License and quit to pursue this honorable profession.
I should say that we are friends, I like her and keep in touch through Facebook etc... Anyway, she seems to spend most days pissing it up at lunch time, eating in fancy restaurants at night, and travelling the world. She seems outwardly to spend vey little time actually working real estate. I should add that she was originally from Mexico, and has a very “clique” clientele of fellow Hispanics. She seems to broker some reasonable lower price house purchase on a pretty regular basis to friends and family (one every month or so). Just this week she arranged the purchase of a house for $515,000.00, which here is probably below the median house price. But… at the going rate for a realtor fee of 6% is $30,000, which is she as the buyer’s agent would get half or $15,000.00. Bottom like is I hate Realtors, friends or not. I work my balls of for 50-hour weeks (no overtime) and have to work around 7 weeks to earn that sort of money before tax, and I consider myself well, if not over paid. Jealous for sure. |

Sadly not. Mrs JMF is a big fan. As often as possible I will set her in front of it and clear off for a bath. However circumstances sometimes dictate otherwise. |

Children used in TV ads - especially supermarket ones.
Just marketing aimed at people they think are dumb zombies. Give the children the credit card, and let them do the shopping. |
Same as toilet roll ads. Because apparantly shit is nicer if a cute kid with a puppy does it.
|
White trousers for tampax ads. I doubt there is a heavy flow woman out there who would dare wear white trousers during rag week. I doubt she will have the appetite for flying around on roller blades in the first few days of her period either TBH.

There's a Charmin toilet paper ad doing the rounds here with cartoon bears... Doesn't beat about the bush on the subject matter.
Always rather off putting during the dinner period. (That's period as in time, not the other one) |

Family rows/feuds. My wife's famliy although very close do seem to have a row at least once or twice a month mostly over nothing. Currently her brother is talking to her over a row when she asked him to stay a whole extra hour when visiting his mother in the care home to help feed her as the staff are terrible. He only sees his mother once a week, when he is on his way home from work, but still kicked off and refused to stay as it would mean him getting home later.
The current row is over the fact that my wife has not invited her nephew over to our house on the day that my wife's friend is doing us a favour and using her wheelchair friendly car to bring the mother in law from the care home to our house. he said nephew has visited his grandmother twice in the last year , but his Dad has taken it as a personnel insult that his son wasn't invited. |
^ This could be abbreviated to "in laws".
And I'd agree with it. Or to sum it up further you could just say "being married", and have done with it. |
