We want six
We want six |
I think a friend should spend the evening with Gary Neville just in case he tries something silly.
|
I know itas Liverpool but quite enjoying Man U implode like this
|
Terrible weekend to be a Brighton fan.

Maguire was lucky too as that looked like he was the last man right in the centre of the goal. |
This game is dead ......

Man U time wasting...

Just trying to work out if it’s legitimate to feel sorry for Ole whilst still realising he’s not up to the job and is about to get a huge payoff
|
More goals please Liverpool, 5 is not enough.

What’s wrong with Liverpool?? Any self respecting club that had their rivals over a barrel like this, would be going hell for leather for a real humiliating score line that will stand forever.

Game has gone off the boil... I bet Liverpool wouldn't do that to Palace.
|
How did he miss that!
|
Liverpool have taken their foot off the pedal when playing against 10 men.. will look back with regret at this game as a lost opportunity to improve their goal difference

He was looking around like he knows that's the last time he'll ever walk off the old trafford pitch

Ole still getting clapped by the United fans. He should go up to the Liverpool fans - he’ll get a standing ovation.
|
Klopp keeping it low key and not rubbing it in at all. :D

Oles doing a fantastic job, mental if they sack him for one tiny setback.

And to think they sacked Mourinho for OGS.

Have they not got homes to go to? Neville’s got at least 500. |

Finally got round to watching MOTD. A reminder how good the Chelsea academy is at producing players. Obviously we are experiencing that through Guehi and Gallagher (and sort of Olise) but Southampton's two goal scorers were from there as well. Livramento looks like he is going to be world class and Broja looks a real talent.

Just squad rotation I suppose, they’re obviously balancing multiple competitions, and their key players should also be fresher as the season goes on. Can’t imagine the same would apply for a team like Liverpool that barely rotates, but they’ve managed to win a title that way before. |

They’re a little too close to a Wembley final for me so good news. |

I suspect there is a thread somewhere else, but I can't find it... what's the thinking about this pending 5 subs that we know Palace are against.
I appreciate the reason Palace are against it (as are most of the clubs of a similar size), but what I dislike the most is the disruption it brings to the flow of the game. Hate watching European games when they are constantly stopping and starting to make changes. Are they going continue with the only 3 substitute stoppage per team, i.e. 5 subs can only be done during 3 separate hold-ups in play per team... which could in theory still be 6 separate stoppages. Hate it. |

Freakish result. |

Freakish result? Yes and no. I think Bayern conceded 4 against Hoffenheim at the start of the season. Bayern's back four had three French internationals playing! |
Talking about freak results, a very rare look at the Scottish Premier sees bottom club Ross County beat 2nd bottom Dundee 0-5.
What's going on there? |

Fair play to Moyes. He has done very well at West Ham. Was a good manager at PNE and Everton and has rebuilt his reputation.
Guessing he won't be taking the Man U job if it is offered! |
I slept like a baby last night. The thought of Brighton winning a major trophy before we do haunts me. Now they’re having this latest mini revival of fortunes before they disappear to the lower reaches where they belong, I get jittery when they luckily stumble into the final stages of competitions.
|
I was amused to see Ronald Koeman was finally sacked by Barcelona last night. Still can’t forgive him for that WC qualifier in 93. Plus he used to manage Southampton…

Last night was mad. So much happened. Still processing it all. Better than a champ league midweek Wednesday with big team clashes.
Got to love this game.:sunglasses: |
Late to this party with this one...
...the hullaballoo about Townsend at another short lived Everton revolution seems to have subsided. |
