That made me think about the journalist f*ckwits on the daily No. 10 Coronavirus briefing.

None of them ask questions of any value - they all seem to want prove what smug, self-serving c*nts they are.

Not for Piers Morgan. Also, you're gonna need to work on your story. This won't cut it in court.

PM doesn’t need a crusade to be a complete fvck trumpet

He’s been an embarrassment to the British media for years. How he’s still working is beyond me (other than for controversy)

I've noticed a lot of uses of this on the BBS recently, and can't work out if the culprits are 4 REAL like Richey Manic, or just trying to boil your piss.

Last night I completely cleared out Facebook. Stupidly I had acquired 600 friends and contacts (now down to 90), and about 50 groups (now down to 10).

Got rid of all the Palace people that I have never met, and the mutltitude of groups. The BBS has all the Palace info one should need.

Let's see how Facebook operates for me now.

That does make laugh a bit - who has 600 friends; never mind 90?

If you count the number of people you actually have a meaningful relationship with, I doubt it enters double figures for most people.

I'm a grumpy c*nt anyway but my wife is very social and I doubt she has more than double digit friends she sees regularly.

I am an immigrant. I reckon.. 30 or so good friends from back in the day UK, about 15 BBSers (current and Ex), some family here another 10, 25 people here in Chile, ohhh and Vince Hilaire.

I have 36 friends on Facebook (shocked it's that many). I would say 5 are real friends, the rest are acquaintances at best... 2 are actually dead!

I have a Facebook Friend I worked with who has 1,663 friends... She is in Real Estate now, but WTF!

Yup, what a waste of space. Asks a question, that’s usually too long winded, and then shouts down the responder without giving him/her enough of a chance to provide a full answer. Ignorant pig of a man.

This

There’s a couple of proper dicks live round the corner from me and come speeding up and down our road (a 30 but down to 20 as and when due to a school next door). They must be mid 20 year old but it’s like they've just passed their tests. Wanky exhausts that make a noise. Fvcking wankers. And they’ve been told they’re fvcking wankers as well.

Next stop rozzers

Heard a bit of this lately around here. There are some regular speeders with the flash exhausts but now they have clear roads.

Yep, just been to Morrisons after work and it's the same. I can understand picking up non essentials but some people just seem to be browsing. If you had a certain shower gel last time just pick it up again and so on. My local newsagent is worse as it has narrow aisles all marked out for two meter standing on a one-way system so you have to wait for the person in front to decide what they want for tea before you can move forward.

As for speeding drivers, I been going to work at 0615 every morning and there are some extremely keen people wanting to get to work early even at that time!

I'll give myself three guesses Pie . . . . Drum n Bass / Ragga / Jungle / R&B (Contemporary) or just routine X Factor stereo-typical garbage?

Hedgehog 11-04-2020 09:05 PM

Just out riding my bike (following all acceptable social distancing rules as suggested by State, County and city guidelines), and while passing people who were walking in the designated pedestrian lane giving them the suggested 6 feet clearance, not once but twice some Tour De France wanker overtook me on the inside between me and the people walking.

Look, I know what it's like to be doing 15 to 20 mph and having to slow down to pass someone safely, and it can be annoying, but these are special times FFS!

Wankers!

Start with the council environmental dept. They will have arrangements to complain. If nothing else at least it gets registered and on their radar.

Also, if they are renting they'll be breaching the tenancy agreement. If you know who is the Landlord / Letting Agent / Housing Ass then they should be notified.

All the best.

What’s the situation mate ?

glenn.f 13-04-2020 10:04 AM

He's a 24 year old anorexic which has slipped since anxieties, OCD, paranoia and voices have ramped up in the last couple of months. But since another suicide attempt he's not able to take the latest form of prescribed medication for fear of further liver damage, so not even able to suppress or control his voices with medication. The lad is a walking mess after weeks of serious self harm and my ex is on constant suicide watch with him sixty miles away. Obviously police and paramedics have been regular visitors but mental health youth side don't seem to have the balls to act firmly, which is what he desperately needs.

The lad is a walking mess after weeks of serious self harm and my ex is on constant suicide watch with him sixty miles away. Obviously police and paramedics have been regular visitors but mental health youth side don't seem to have the balls to act firmly, which is what he desperately needs.

That puts everything into perspective. Fingers crossed for you all, gf.

Cheers fellas, I'm not the one living through it every day unlike my ex. But both me and my number one, who's living down in Clapham are enduring a torrid few weeks and especially days over this Easter break in trying to share the burden. Whether mistakes are being made on both sides between mental health / doctors and my ex and our son, who is still a grown adult, we aren't really sure. It's nailed on the lad needs to be sectioned for the safety of both of them but why it's not happened as yet, we have no clue. Palace was often something we could distract him with but it's all come to a head at the wrong time really.

Jamie Oliver - Keep Cooking And Carry On.

In a kitchen larger than my whole flat, conveniently stocked with every conceivable ingredient/"left-over" (and then some), all conveniently pre-prepared, and with a balcony full of fresh herbs, he conjures up recipes way beyond 90% of people in normal circumstances, let alone "in the current circumstances". And presumably raking in the dosh. (If he is donating the fees/proceeds to the NHS fight against Coronavirus, I take that bit back).

Piss off, you fat mockney :jerkit:

Stellavista 13-04-2020 07:25 PM

'Smashed it', 'nailed it'. Any of those overused adjectives. F**k off.

CamberleyEagle 13-04-2020 07:38 PM

Agreed. For that reason those peloton adverts really piss me off.

Dealing with work based politics albeit remotely.

Getting orders from some lacky (best mate of the boss) who has only been in the job one month, and is already trying to move up the chain of command.

Boss told me to apologise to her for my curt email telling her to stop emailing me. lol

Feck that.

Do hope your lad gets the support he needs and PDQ. Quite unacceptable considering money set aside for Defence / HS2 / Refurb of Parliament etc etc that you have to suffer this nightmare and yet no apparent solution forthcoming? I feel for you mate and it would seriously make my year if he can come out of this and get his life back on track. Big man hugs to you all x

Next week - Usain Bolt shows me how I could run a sub-10 second 100 metres....

It's entertainment. He could run a show showing how to make nutritious and easy packed lunches for essential NHS (and other) staff.

I was riding my bike the other day trying to do some Corovexercise, when some bloke - probably about the same age as me, shouted, "Get off and milk it" !!!! Gosh I was cross, I know I wasn't going very fast and am no spring chicken, but still!

Just offered my resignation as an option....

...i.e. negotiated resignation...and probably towards the end of the year.

Crisis will see a lot more doing the same.

Like this?

Beware though, he's in a nice house AND has all the ingredients, which is, apparently, very annoying.

I suspect I might be being whooshed here, but it is a million miles from what Joe Public has to contend with atm, with unfettered supply of food and facilities that 95% of people (not just me) can only see in a professional kitchen. Let him preen himself in a normal kitchen. It is supposed to be encouragement for everyone in our times of difficulty, not "Look at me, plebs".

And he is still a tosser.
