Did like the jokes on that site about how Leinart's already used to not having protection. :D

I quite fancy the Cards to do all right this year actually.

EAST - Miami
NORTH - Cincinnati
SOUTH - Indy
West - Denver

EAST - Giants
NORTH - Chicago
SOUTH - Atlanta
WEST - Arizona

I don't rate the Cards (or Miami) that much

I'm a Redskins fan, and I think a good season lies ahead. New offensive coach (forget his name) who is meant to be the bizzo will complement an awesome defense.

The Skins did well in the play-offs last season with a shite offense so I'm hopeful of at least reaching the Divisional Championship game this season

elliott 02-09-2006 02:02 AM

112 yards of O (and 3 point out of 27 odd) against Tampa weren't it?

You'll do good this year.

Strathclyde Eagle 02-09-2006 10:09 AM

No way the Fins are winning the AFC East this year. Road schedule is a nightmare (includes Pittsburgh, Indy and New England).

Correct - Skins passed for summat like 27 yards and still won :D

The new Skins Offensive coach is Al Saunders, formerly of the Chiefs - regarded as " one of the most accomplished and innovative offensive minds in all of football"

But the home schedule is absolutely crazy...

Some absolutely piss poor teams there.

Having said that, the Skins have lost all their pre-season games and are struggling on offense :D

Can't say I know much about American Football, but I do like to have a bet on it, so I'll be keeping my eye on this thread throughout the season in order to glean a bit of 'informed opinion'. :)

BTW, this mob are running a FREE comp with REAL prizes to be won:

You don't need to have an account with them (I haven't), but you do need to register with a username/password.

Enjoy. :p

Football's here! Football's here!
Come on Bears! Another NFC North Division title would do me just fine.
Tony, your poor Fins D couldn't stop Charlie Batch!!?!?!?!
What's the deal?
yes, the Steelers D is still tough... but... Batch had a good game against the D... Can't feel good about that!
