Rodgers is, as we all know, one of the best.

If there's any finger pointing to be done in Dallas then it should be at the defensive line. They gave an already hobbled Rodgers too much time on some key plays.

Aaron Rodgers' last 10 pass attempts: 10-for-10, 163 yards, 2 TD, 8 1st downs

Agreed, but I wouldn't be laying too much blame on Bryant, not something too many, if any, receivers would have been thinking about.

I read this on nfl.com - my same sentiments

"If Dez Bryant doesn't understand the call maybe he should pick up a rule book and actually learn the rules of the game he is being paid millions to play. There is no controversy here. The rule is clear and called correctly. Whether or not people agree with the rule itself is irrelevant. The rule like all other rules will be looked at and evaluated at the end of the season. It's the player's jobs to know and understand those rules. Had Dez Bryant known the rule he could have focused on maintaining control of the ball rather than reach for the goal line giving his team the ball at the 1 yard line."

Also, as it was 4th down it was all the more important to just get a 1st down as the field position was going to be bad for the Cowboys. Oh well, even as a fan I feel we got lucky last week so it balanced itself out!

Hopefully the great Tom Brady can get his 4th Championship now.

It must have been a very tempting treat for Dez to see the goal line so close, then he has to consider that there was probably a 50/50 chance that the next play at the goal line would have been a mis-snap. A lot to consider in a split second.

Tough loss. Good job Green Bay. Took advantage. Against a team where mistakes had to be few, Dallas definitely had a chance to win and it didn't happen. Not for lack of heart. At least it doesn't feel like a flash in the pan...should be competitive next year.

It beggars belief that fans can gloat over the loss by the Cowboys last night on such a tough decision. Haters will always hate but some fans simply prove that they are not fans of the sport like I am. I have taken plenty of shit on here over the years due to the Cowboys short comings and one decent season fans pop up on here just to say how happy they are the Cowboys lost. Yes, I am bitter this morning, but not twisted. I'll get over it because I am proud of my team and more importantly I love the sport.

I used to really enjoy the BBS but it is a shadow of it's former self these days. Lately I have only come on here for this thread and a couple of others but even that has proved testing. To those of you that are true NFL fans, enjoy the rest of the season and good luck to those of you with teams still in with a shot.

The Cowboys have always been the closest to the Man Utd of NFL. Don't take it personally. It was close and your mistakes cost you at the end. At the same time AR's 4th quarter was pretty special, although the Edelman play for NE just topped it as moment of the weekend for me.

Looking forward to GB vs the LoB.

Is this the end of Peyton chaps? Some of his throws yesterday were seriously bad. He just threw them up in the air with the hope that one of his recievers would be at the end of it when it dropped.

I've been saying all season that he's a goner this season, his injuries are mounting up.

Sanders was getting very frustrated as every lame duck landed 5 yards in front of him.

I am glad, when next year rolls around...for the first time in 20 years...at the forefront of NFL discussion...it's Your Dallas Cowboys!!!

Bronco's have serious issues next season on the offensive side.

Both Demaryius & Julius are free agents in the summer, you would assume that Welker will go as well. If Peyton does call it a day (people already saying that his decision will be based on who the HC is next year) then they'll be lucky to finish anywhere but bottom in their division.

Why wasn't he on the injury report?

Jets got fined for this, they should be punished.

As a neutral, it was a great game and tbh I reckon Rogers has a better chance of beating the Cheathawks than Romo, and that's all I want.

You do amuse me with your sour outbursts! :D :p
