The Texans have to go with Savage over Osweiler next season.
He has the arm to drive the offense and Watt joining the D shows plenty upside. |
I'm loving messing with this Playoff calculator https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com...ex_cid=rrpromo to see how I can turn the Giants playoff chances from >99% to 0%. But it's also fun to see what the bare minimum is need to take that >99% to 100%. Spoiler alert: all the Giants need to make the playoffs is for the Lions to beat the Packers in Week 17. (Or for that matter, the Saints beating the Bucs this weekend)

Go Green Bay Tampa

Not sure how KJ Wright hasn't made the pro bowl this year, has had a great season. Most bizarre to me.

Go Cowboys!

Pardew being sacked and the Eagles winning on the same night?!?! It truly is a Christmas miracle!!!

In my money Suicide Pool, we're down to 15 people from 130. I've got two entries left. One of them is the only one in the pool that has NE left, so that was easy. The other one, I took the Rams. (Yes, I'm terrified) My only choices among favorites are the Rams, Chargers, Houston, Washington and Tampa. Only one person has picked SD this year, so I'm thinking that they will be an overwhelming pick and I can then root for the Browns to get their first win. Only a few people have Pittsburgh next week, so I think I'll have another advantage then as both of mine can pick Pittsburgh at home against the Browns. (and then watch them piss it away)
