Chiefs run defence is one of the worst in the NFL and Marlon Mack is flat out flying at the moment.

But big chance this game falls on each QB and Luck is one of just a few QB's that could go toe for toe with Mahomes. And the Chiefs secondary is very vulnerable.

Completely agree and think it will be the best game of the weekend.

Concern for Luck is Cheifs quick start, could easily get 10/14-0 up in Q1 and it is a long road back for them

Beckenham Boy 07-01-2019 12:22 PM

Chiefs lost 2 of their last 3 in the regular season, Colts have momentum with 5 wins on the bounce now, so you never know

aj4england 07-01-2019 01:00 PM

Agreed, that Cheifs defence is a concern. Shipping 38 against Seahawks and 33 vs Raiders is a worry. The team however is built on outscoring the oppo. Should be a cracker

For what it is worth and as proven this weekend, goal kickers are key in the playoffs. Not sure it will come down to it but I fancy the Saints to win the Superbowl and with Will Lutz they have one of the best around.

4 in regular season in Percentage made at 93% and 52/53 on extra points.

If the O/Line can continue to protect Luck he could do some damage.
I rate the Chiefs D but I rated the Texans D also.

I'd just slip Melvin Ingram into that equation....

davematt 09-01-2019 11:30 AM

So, tank next season and get Tua or tank the following season and get Trevor Lawrence?

There are already some rumblings that a team is willing to tank the 2019 season to get Tua...

I guess the obvious team to do this would be Denver, though Oakland may want another crack at a poor season, but with a 2nd round pick and also financially committed to Carr (unless they trade him away). Possible that the Buccs could too with a new coaching staff and have a feeling Arians will have some doubts about Winston's INT rate

Extroadinary stats.

Beckenham Boy 10-01-2019 09:09 AM

The '16 Patriots, '07 Giants, '05 Steelers, '00 Ravens, '89 & '84 49ers & '72 Dolphins

Only teams in the SB era to win 9+ games outside of their home stadium (incl. playoffs)

They all won the Super Bowl

The 2018 Chargers have also 9+ games outside of their home stadium

So..

This coming Sunday might be the best set of Conference Championship's we've seen in quite some time.

Two GOATS vs. The next generation.

Can't wait.

aj4england 14-01-2019 11:52 AM

Fantastic round of games just gone. Rams was a bit of a blow out due to the 1st half however Chargers showed great fight. Cannot wait for both games!

greybot 14-01-2019 12:06 PM

I watched Saints v Eagles. Was impressed by the Saints on offense. Think they can go all the way.

LLCOOLSTEVE 14-01-2019 05:08 PM

Want to see Chiefs win it

Pat Mahomes has been outstanding all year
