Norwich's recruitment is excellent but it is impossible to come up and lose Buendia and Skipp from last season and still expect to compete.

Yeah, the amount of money they make in the transfer market while being the best team in the Championship has given them a great chance to compete at the top level. They lose their best players and don't spend any money though.

Because they don't spend. What they get for the money they spend is great. That is the indicator of great recruitment. Otherwise I could just say Man City recruit brilliantly because they win trophies and everyone else is crap.
