What did you buy (the Wilson Di7?) I play of 16....maybe we should arrange a BBS NFL Thread golf challenge!!!! :p _I use Ping i5's or my Nike Pro Combo OS irons ;)

Oh BTW I suggest watching PhiladelphiaEagles.com for their live draft show with Dave Spadaro (spit on the star) and Merril Rees. I watched it last year and it was great!!!! especially the excitement in the second round when it became apparect that McCoy was falling to us!!! ;)

HTH

I went with a second hand set of year old Ping G10's, fell into my lap at £265! GET IN! Managed to arrange a round tomorrow up the road in Colchester, tee off at 11. Can't wait.

I play off 24 so I'm not amazing, but hopefully the Ping's will help me take some chunks out of that over the next year or two. I'd definitely be up for a BBS Society day.

A good choice Swanny (see post on the Golf course thread)

The G10's are a great club and will last for ages....Ping clubs wear so much better than any other make so keep their value best!!!! ;)

That's what the 28 handicap is for "el gringo" Jaz!!!! :D

Patriots sign Torry Holt.

If this was 2003, we'd have one hell of a WR set with Moss, Holt, Patten.

Shame it's 2010 :D

El Bandito! Maybe us three should get together sometime for a round then? Heck, if you guys have nothing to do tomorrow and can get to Colchester in the morning you can join us for the 11am tee time

I like the pick-up.

Unlike Galloway, he's intelligent, a great route-runner and catches the majority of balls thrown at him.

Brady likes guys who are in the right place.

If Holt can catch 50-60 passes and take some pressure off Edelman and Brandon Tate, then i'm happy with the pickup.

El Toro! :D

I'm afraid work gets in the way as it often does. And to be fair I haven't dusted my clubs down for a fair few years now ...

Well if you are ever up for a round then give me a shout, don't worry about how bad you are, I'm probably worse. I just enjoy a bit of banter, chatting about football and the like as well as having a laugh.

Hey maybe a weekend round once the footy season is over!!!!! BTW does Paul play!!! I could also get that mad Brownie fan (woof woof) out for a game. He's my twin brother and plays of 21!! :p

Swanny32 20-04-2010 08:59 PM

Let's do it, we could even play at Edenbridge, it's been ages since I played there. Could kill two birds with one stone then and go see my grand parents.

jazman 20-04-2010 09:04 PM

Sounds like a plan to me ... I'm like you Swanny, it's more the crack than the actual quality of the round to be honest ... I more likely to hack around a course more often than not ...
