What about if their real dad was a raging alcoholic who eventually dies at 53 years of age from his addiction, and a serial mental abuser and philanderer to boot..

And then a step dad comes in and picks up the pieces, puts three kids through university and provides a stable, friendly, abuse free home, and much more.

Can I then pretend to call them my own?

Or a raging cokehead who dies at 40 odd, after beating their mother up on various occasions, once with their daughter in their arms?

I know a few right ***** that are brilliant dads. Also some nice ladies that are shit mums. Some step parents are magic as well, as is my own daughters step dad. The point is you shouldnt claim others offspring as your own.

Some people’s fixation with snap chat such as my 26 year old niece purring sun glasses and shit on her Bessie bf for about the 1000th time this year. My sister joining with the poxy pouting face whoever thought that was a good look was very much mistaken.

I imagine it can be quite funny for a 6 year old a few times but for adults the novelty must wear off at some point

CamberleyEagle 26-12-2017 08:22 PM

My missus and daughter spend hour after hour on that and never get bored. Just an extension of the whole selfie horror show.

Vanity and the need for approval of your physical appearance from others doesn’t wear off easily for some people unfortunately.

Nobody is doing that on here. Not in a biological sense.

Our kids had full access to their father, to the point that he was often invited to our house. We tried to provide the support to get him off the booze, but other peoples influences didnt help.

I am not sure what you can do when he turns up drunk at 10am asking his teenage kids for money to buy more booze.

But still, he was a great dad.

He was a great dad when we spent a day in the church for his wake and his kids had to bury him at 52/53. I am sure they were grateful for my support sitting in the church with them and paying for the funeral. But no, steppy doesnt count for jack shit.

PeterH 26-12-2017 10:15 PM

There are an awful lot of shit biological fathers. Just because a person has managed a squirt during a late night fumble, doesnt mean he is man enough to take responsibility for the next twenty odd years, as many a woman would testify.

Some of them have absolutely no right to be called Dad.

Mmmm. I think the BBS is a bastian of free speech. People can say more or less what they want. They just need to be prepared to defend what they said when called upon to do so.

That makes it several grades above twitter and faceache shite.

I'm just over the hill from you in Fetcham, and the Daily Mail was showing pictures of "snow" on Ranmore common (more like a bit of frost) Missus goes into panic mode, all she is worried about is getting snowed in and not having enough milk (she has two cups of tea a day tops)

I think our Pete may have taken last nights defeat a little bit harder than the rest of us ...

Stay classy.

I liked Sanchez, now I can only feel the worst for him.

He was dreadful for Chile at home against Paraguay on the last day of the transfer window. All about him and a Man City move.

You come and walk in my shoes in Chile. For 5 years almost every single sports news report is sucking his cock - even after he let them down so badly. Think about Man Utd, Rooney, Liverpool, Gerrard etc. Triple that.

A career killing injury and no more talk of the odious little turd will do me just fine.

Just like most Palace fans felt about Cantona, Gerrard, Terry, and a host of other footballing cunits.

Does that meet with your approval?

Why are you on my case so much lately? I think it is to provoke a reaction and to make the BBS more interesting TBH. Otherwise it would just be stalking.

From the change they have down the back of the sofa.

I find it hard to take that the little twat has been shite for 4 months, uninterested, a shadow of the player he was. Three days before the window opens he becomes World Class.

Against Us.

All my students know I am a Palace fan, and it being covered across all Chilean news channels just means I get constant abuse.

They only show Palace on Chilean TV when we play Arsenal (Sanchez) or Man City (Bravo and leaders). Invariably we are well beaten in these games.

It is hard enough for all of us to take jokes from our armchair Man Utd, Chelsea office twats. Imagine it from know-nothing Chilean sports fans who think the likes of Marcelo Rios was the best ever tennis players or switch from Real Madrid to Barcelona shirts on a yearly basis depending on who is winning the Champions League this season.

With Sanchez scoring twice, yes.

Palace played well second half, and for 5 beautiful minutes after we equalised I thought we were going to destroy them.

Post Xmas beds, furniture, holiday TV commercials.

It's just non stop mental torture.

Fair enough if you feel like that. I personally take great pleasure in revelling in the fact that I support Palace.

There's nothing anyone can say or do to make me envious of any other club in the world. Whether they are ignorant or experts.

I don't see any justification above? you have in the past called me one of the more unpleasant posters and all I am doing is highlighting the hypocrisy. Don't take my posts personally, it probably feels like I am on your case because it would seem as if you have decided to start posting some rather ludicrous nd outlandish comments.

Indeed. But I am in the job of re-education. I have a very limited number of Palace shirts to give out. One or two a term. And if Sanchez moves to Man City all those hooky Arsenal shirts will be in the back of the closets and there will be Man City shirts everywhere.

Chilean men are mummys boys, and they have to support the team that are winning things or have a high profile Chilean and winning things.

They dont understand that you cant just change allegiances like that.

They are like Asian half and half shirt wearers.
