Completely agree. They also don't have to face any of the following teams during their schedule:

Patriots
Rams
Eagles
Jags

Eric Reid signed by the Panthers

Sweeeeeet

Since both starting safeties for the Falcons are out for the season, it almost seems like a pre-emptive signing by the Panthers. Not like the Falcons appeared to be signing him any time soon.

I woke up this morning and watched the 40 minute highlights of TNF.

What. A. Game.

That Rams offence is pretty special! Some of Goff's throws were insanely good.

tsunamiman 28-09-2018 11:22 AM

Going heavy on the Rams in fantasy has certainly worked this week.

My predicted win has turned onto a loss overnight thanks for Goff and Kupp.

Their offence is ticking along nicely

Atlanta defense is crap

Cost me my 4 fold ffs

aj4england 01-10-2018 10:16 AM

Such a Cardinals season. Will end up no doubt with a Top 6 pick in the draft, wont pick a QB due to just picking Rosen and will end up passing on a star and instead get some whack Wide Receiver. Could be some tough years ahead.

Oh and the earlier shout of the Ravens in this thread is starting to take shape nicely…

That one's on you bro. You have years of data to prove betting on the Falcons is a bad idea. Not to mention that 3 of their best 5 defenders are out for the year.

The -3.5 looked a good line, it pretty much was until the last drive when they had the bengals on 4th down numerous times...

8:30 lecture tommorow morning, but glad I decided to watch my beloved Vikings. Looking good so far! 20-3

CP-RJW 08-10-2018 12:55 AM

Trying our hardest to bottle it

CP-RJW 08-10-2018 01:37 AM

Phew, just about got there in the end

Another great day. League isnt really starting to take any shape however with so many O/T games showing how tight it is in my mind. 3 stand out teams.

1. Rams march on
2. Cheifs put a few doubts to rest but have to feel may have been different if Jags had Forunette, 0 run game. Big test next week vs Patriots.
3. Patriots - will be a threat, particularly with Chung back and if Gordon gets firing

Of the chasing pack, Bengals are always competitive and the Chargers have a super friendly schedule. Unsure to make of any team that beats or loses to the brows, who themselves could easily be 5-0. Panthers and Saints are still my sneaky outsiders, plus the Ravens will look to bounce back.

Long seasons ahead for the 49ers who couldnt even beat my Cardinals at home.

Yep; think tanking the season now and having the opportunity to pick up Nick Bosa first overall would be worth it.

We then will be in WAY better shape going into 2019 on both sides of the ball...hopefully!

His injury may put a few teams off but seems a logical fit for the 9ers. Good news for 49ers, Cardinals, Texans and JEts who recently invested in long term QBs that the 2019 draft looks stacked with DT with Bosa and Oliver of interest. For those who will be towards the bottom and looking for QBs, Giants and Raiders may be looking more at Herbert who is being touted as the No.1 Qb for the 2019 draft,

Don't even think about it, he's coming to LA to play side by side with Joey

He'll have to pull an Elway/Eli move then because he will be picked a lot higher than a spot occupied by a playoff team.

davematt 12-10-2018 10:40 AM

I watched the 40 minute highlights this morning before heading to work.

How BAD was Eli? His inability to just move was alarming. I know his O-line is pretty shocking but still...

Only plus for the Giants is they will get another shot next year at getting a QB; nearly all the other teams who will be picking high (Niners, Cardinals and Raiders) are pretty sorted at QB going forward.
