It's because they switch channels every day.

I go through the week every Sunday night in the gap between the 6 and 9.15 games and find the night editions of NFL:TA.

That way, I get the editions every day.

Though Thurs night, they changed it to fecking Americas Game.

Swanny32 27-09-2009 12:43 AM

I probably wouldn't watch them all anyway, only so many hours in the day!

Strath, no shuttles to Landshark from my research - it's a cab or three different buses taking up to two hours. It's a fair old trek from South Beach, too.

As for which stadium is better - as Nookie says, they both have their merits. FedEx has more modern amenities and walkways given that it was only built a decade ago. Whereas Landshark (although still massive) is much more compact, and has a real old skool feel to it - you can sense that it's a ground which has seen its fair share of historic moments.

I've also been to Ford Field in Detroit, which is probably superior to both in terms of facilities and modernism. Its massive roof makes it seem bigger than FedEx although in actual fact it isn't.

Three down... 29 to go!:D

Let's talk worst stadium. I watched the Seahawks vs Chiefs at the Kingdome in the 80's. What a dump. Everything was gray.

Football should be played outdoors, I don't understand why the Vikings wouldn't want to get out of the god awful Metrodome (I suppose it is loud), playing in the freezing cold would be a big home field advantage much like Green Bay and Chicago.

Any worse stadiums than the Metrodome now that the Kingdome got blown up?

Wilhite and Slater have both worn non-contact jerseys all week again.

I'm worried, but I don't think Bill let's them forget next week and lets them lose again.

But if they do, then i'm worried big-time.

Watching NFLUK, it's still awful. Can't they just give us a highlights show.

Top 5 WR's
5. Steve Smith (too low)
4. Marques Colston (way too high)
3. Randy Moss (meh)
2. Fitz (fine)
1. Big Johnson (fine)

I think the top 3 are equal and far ahead of the rest.

But. No Megatron?

But Natalie Pinkham ...

Seahawks playing today in lime green apparently. Nice!

Celtic fans are disappointed - their new horrific away kit might now have competition for worst new kit of 2009.

I think after they lost their 4 SBs they ran some kind of study, and it showed that for their players going from the freezing cold to a warm weather venue did something to their blood. Something odd like that anyway, and something that clearly didn't affect the Steelers or Packers.

Also the guy on the BS Report podcast a few weeks ago who had a plan for bringing a team to LA said that Minnesota have been trying to get a stadium build but couldn't get it done (which seems odd, as the University have managed to build their own stadium).

More of that Seahawks uni:

I know Chicago and Green Bay get cold, but isn't Minnesota outrageous?

I'm sure I saw somewhere that they have tunnels and walkways everywhere in the cities to stop people having to freeze their nuts off.

pauldrulez 27-09-2009 05:06 PM

The tunnels are to hide Brad Childress when he makes yet another "intelligent" decision.

Strathclyde Eagle 27-09-2009 06:13 PM

Harsh but fair.

BTW probably the last week to get on the "Jacksonville are horrific" bandwagon before everyone realises they've quit on their coach.

pauldrulez 27-09-2009 06:47 PM

When you don't pound MJD time and time again, then you will suck.

Strathclyde Eagle 27-09-2009 07:09 PM

Incidentally, are there any thoughts about the likelihood of a Chiefs DL who owns five rottweilers pulling a Charles Martin today?

Perry Suckling 27-09-2009 07:12 PM

Vince Hilaire's Afro 27-09-2009 07:39 PM

Brady continuing to shake off the rustiness in the game on here, but i'm liking Ryan and the falcons this year. Saying that, they have to punt now.

pauldrulez 27-09-2009 07:46 PM

The Patriots have a running game :lux: :lux:

Some great coverage on Moss when we've gone deep though.

Great stream i'm watching though.

As Taylor ran the ball in, Sanchez fumbled.

Normal order is restored
