Yes, agreed re the Dragon's Den puns. A great and one of my favourite programmes ruined by his continual drivel to need to match up every product with terrible puns. Ms Andyocpfc and I said exactly the same after Sunday's show.

The fact gigs aren't as good as they were when I was 16. I miss sitting on the sticky floor at the Brixton Academy smoking, waiting in fervent anticipation of seeing the Manics, Pavement, Radiohead, Blur, Green Day, Foo Fighters etc.

Also annoyed than the Astoria closed. Brilliant venue in its day.

The BBC love Manchester and spent a fortune of our money building Media City to demonstrate their love-in with all things Manchester.

Birmingham is our second city with a bigger population, larger economy and an even more stupid accent than the Mancs.

Commuters (who get on near, or at the start of the line) who put all their bags on a seat next to them expecting no one to sit there all the way to Cannon st. Selfish cnts.

People (not everyone, mind) who dress specifically for the occasion – e.g. Middle aged men going to the Henly regatta wearing those wan*y stripey jackets and hats.

Childish I know but it annoyed me so much at one stage I would ask them to shift it all so I could sit there, even if there were other free seats.

Saturday's with no footy. Trying to think of an excuse to go down the pub at 4. Might have to go and watch the mighty Worksop Town. Big local derby today v Retford. Usually gets a bit tasty outside :)

The council. After months of badgering them to do something about idiots speeding down a road adjacent to my gaff, they fin alt agreed to put some speed and traffic flow sensors down. Even asked me where I thought they should go, which I told them. They then put them in totally the wrong place. Dullards

Toilet roll dispensers where the spring ended rod that the roll spins around keeps popping out if you apply the tiniest amount of pressure so you end up chasing the roll around the bathroom floor with turd hanging out your arsehole. :veryangry

The fact the TV licence fee still applies in 2016.

I watch absolutely nothing on BBC with the exception of MOTD, which is probably around 5 times a year when Palace have won a game.

Why isn't there an option to cancel/block the BBC on your telly and computer if you don't use it? I can watch Palace goals online for free anyway.

I have an Amazon Fire box so I watch Amazon Prime when I get a chance to watch TV, or I watch a DVD. Basically I don't need an TV aerial to make use of of my TV.

There's nothing else that interests me on 'normal' telly. I watch Palace at Selhurst or in the pub with my mates along with any other football thats on. I don't have Sky, Virgin etc.

My main problem is with inconsiderate people. I know that's a wide definition but I'm very conscious of my actions and the effect they'll have on others and I'm staggered at how many people just don't care.

We were talking about this at work Friday. Our Operations Manager is probably the most Alpha Male I have ever met, and will leave a path of destruction behind him where ever he goes. I have yet to be in a meeting with him where he does not dominate in or take it over regardless who is in the room, or the subject matter.

He really pissed my boss off Friday to the point that he had enough and went home. Before he left we were trying to decide if said Operations Manager is very aware of the effect he has on people and just does not care, or he is totally unaware of the effect he is having on others.

Might be interesting tomorrow (today was a holiday).

I have certainly been the object of his inconsideration, and received no thank you or apology after the fact. Not that I would expect it.

I don't wish sickness on anyone, but this guy has to have a heart attack soon.

Very true.

She looks like a silly floozie (yes, I know it is meant to be a rip-off of Audrey Hepburn) and he doesn't look to be the sharpest knife in the drawer either, the sort of grinning arsehole that would be driving a car like that.

Leeds to Sheffield on the Cross Country service from Edinburgh to Plymouth.

Sheffield to Retford on the rattler

Seats nabbed on both although was just about to give mine up to a lady with a young nipper but some very generous young girl offered first and before I could offer her my seat......I'd looked away.

I had it good compared to a mate who flew to gatwick from Portugal at 7am, got the gatwick express to LKX and the 3pm ish out of LKX to Retford. He's just left Grantham. On a bus.

Chaos

I blame the drivers :jerkit:

:hi:

Particularly when they motion to push them into on-coming traffic to make you stop when they want to cross the road. It's a similar mentality to people taking a human shield in a police shoot-out. Why don't they ever back out into the street first and pull the pram behind them?

The joys eh. Had a brutal day again yesterday, thought i'd run someone else over on the forth bridge but it was just my eyes/brain playing tricks. Had it easy today, in and out of Glasgow off the spare.

Long day for your mate. We are training it for Boro now so probably see you about full time :p

This seems to be becoming more prevalent.

I don't recall people doing it years ago, now so many people do it.

Women who carry handbags weighing several tons in the crook of their elbow. You don't look stylish, you look like a bellend. If you need to carry a lot of stuff, get a rucksack like a normal person.
