Some good news in terms of the NFL,

Marcus Cannon (the OT drafted by Pats) that had non-Hodgkin lymphoma, says that his treatment has gone great and the lump is almost gone.

I hope for his sake he is right, and I believe he has one more set of treatment to come.

Great news that, still some way to go for him but fingers crossed ...

An awful lot of NFL players do a lot of good things, the problem is, it's the minority that do the bad things are the ones that hit the headlines ... the one thing I respect them doing is going out to war zones to see the troops ... other sports could take a lead from that.

I think they prefer it when the cheerleaders go :D
