LLCOOLSTEVE 13-09-2011 04:21 AM

Pats Secondary needs to step it up a bit.

McCourty has been awful.
Bodden has sucked.
Dowling has been good.

Seriously, Gruden & Jaworski = overrated.

Well played though Paul, comfortable in the end.

Annual loss to Houston next week, at least I won't be able to watch that one.

The D was alright until they all cramped up. The key to the game was always going to be the TE's as your Safety's are the weak spot of the D.

Strathclyde Eagle 13-09-2011 12:21 PM

This amused me. :D

Let's be honest Paul, Brady was going up and down the field at will in the first half too.

And for the team to be that poorly prepared conditioning wise is unacceptable.

So seemingly Matt Barkley is ranked as second best QB behind Luck. I strongly disagree with that.

Jones is very overated imo and i really don't think he goes in Round 1.

I think Seattle look good for a top 2 pick, Jackson is a poor QB who has a young O line in front of him trying to find its way, so i just hope Luck or Barkley don't suffer big injuries this season that my effect there draft status!

That, I was shocked by. I thought it would hit our players hard coming from the NE down to Florida.

Maybe it's just me but on the Pats sites I was posting on, every one was still nervous, the D wasn't doing much, and there was a few poor plays in the 2nd quarter that just left me pissed off.

And Pete Caroll had Barkley in his freshman year at USC; he will go with the kid if he can't get Andrew Luck. You go with what you know, right?

jazman 13-09-2011 07:06 PM

Is Paul still around or did he wank himself to death over Tom Brady in the early hours of the morning? ;) :o

Carroll passed on Taylor Mays and picked a different safety 2 years ago, so no guarantees.

Strathclyde Eagle 14-09-2011 12:19 AM

And he didn't pick up Leinart after Arizona released him last year. Agree with Funk Butter.

Who's Barkley beaten since his freshman year win at the Horseshoe anyway? Vastly overrated IMHO.

Strathclyde Eagle 14-09-2011 12:32 AM

Michael Strahan's pretty funny. :D

I know the ex-wife line is getting all the attention but the section where he talks about his fingers is more revealing. Can't imagine what he went through to end up with fingers like that.

See ya later. :hi:
