Think I figured out why they only averaged 15 points the last 11 games of the season.

I was going to say I was surprised about that with Ryan as they made such a big deal of him a few years back. But then I remembered the guy is thick as shit and probably can't remember more than two plays anyway never mind throwing in audibles too. :hi:

It's surprising how many QBs are told not to audible.

There have been bigger QBs than Ryan who aren't allowed to audible, but I think that is beginning to change.

And ignoring the above, he's one of the more cerebral QBs in the league.

Yep, because that is a totally unbiased opinion.

Agreed. He's a smart guy. Strange post, Jim!

Ryan is a very good quarterback. A little dull perhaps but calling him thick is ridiculous.

Anyway, on to the Superbowl...

Broncos to lose to the Cardinals...

Maybe.

I just don't like Matt Ryan. :lux:

So if that ball went backwards then it's patriots ball but surely it's a touchdown?

BLUE BOY 24-01-2016 09:53 PM

It amazes me how many NFL players don't know the rules, the Broncos RB didn't even react to try and grab the ball on the floor.

Ollie Ox 24-01-2016 10:00 PM

I have a feeling this game is going to do my head in... Pats haven't turned up yet..

SteveyHawking 24-01-2016 10:27 PM

The Broncos defense is killing it today.

GB2506 24-01-2016 10:47 PM

Brady playing like Manning. So frustrating but it's only a 1 score game and we have been absolutely shocking in that first half. Surely we can only get better.....

Ref had already (incorrectly) blown in the whistle. In cases like that if the whistle has been blown all they can do is give them possession at that spot.

Colleague at work just asked how many quarters are in a half. :D

SteveyHawking 24-01-2016 11:21 PM

Von Miller is a beast.

LLCOOLSTEVE 24-01-2016 11:51 PM

Is Gronk playing?!

LLCOOLSTEVE 25-01-2016 12:08 AM

Oh there he is!

aj4england 25-01-2016 12:23 AM

Appalling coverage off both QBs, Panthers will be able to deal with Broncos running game in the super bowl.

SteveyHawking 25-01-2016 12:28 AM

Exciting end to this one...

LLCOOLSTEVE 25-01-2016 12:29 AM

wtf

SteveyHawking 25-01-2016 12:30 AM

That missed point after could be the deciding play of the game...
